These guys were incredible. Total professionals. We had to move a fairly standard upright piano, but it had to go through a very narrow side door with a porch handrail potentially obstructing the ability to make a 90 degree turn into the narrow doorway. They tipped the piano on its side, and carefully used micro adjustments to turn it and guide it through the door. They worked together as a team, communicating clearly to one another about the adjustments needed. They also worked quickly - the piano was out of the truck and into our house within about 15 minutes. Although we did not have a fancy or extremely expensive piano, it had much sentimental value to us, and we were so grateful it arrived home in great condition, thanks to these friendly and professional piano movers. We had a piano move that involved several sets of stairs, one of which was tight and convoluted. Sean and his crew were masters at getting the job done with exceptional care for the walls etc. that easily could have been bumped. I watched Sean give direction to the crew. It was smart, clear, and above all, careful. It was like watching a real expert doing his work. The three-man crew worked together like a well-oiled machine, all three being very careful and professional. The price was very reasonable. Finally, I called on Monday afternoon and the crew showed up, actually a bit early even, on Wednesday morning. You can't get better responsiveness than that. Sean and his crew moved my very large, and very heavy upright piano today. I can't believe how amazing of a job they did. Our building and new home situation provided every obstacle imaginable: several flights of stairs, narrow stairs, 90 degree corners, height restrictions, etc. Somehow they made it work and our beautiful piano is now sitting pretty in its new home! With Helge at the helm, four guys moved our grand piano from the first to the third floor. It seemed impossible, but they did it, extremely slowly and carefully. Helge knows exactly what he is doing. With the framework to the third floor removed, they managed to squeeze the piano in with 1/2 inch to spare. I wish we could post a 30-second video we took of the challenge they faced. Alton and his crew rocks. We live in a town house and the piano is on the second floor with a very tight 90 degrees turn. 15 steps with just enough space for an upright piano to squeeze by. Every movement of the piano feel like watching an horror movie and I can't keep my eyes from peeping through my fingers; but Alton and his crew just keep smiling and get it moving slowly. Will also refuse to give insurance info, complaint to be filed with WA Licensing and DOT Licensing, Yes you know who I am, deal with it.
