!!!Update!!! So I was very bitter on the ATV failing and thinking the dealer would not do anything about it. Thanks to Jeff at Pro Power Sports of Conroe, they had swapped out our faulty unit and gave us a complete replacement. Me and my wife had wanted a swap out so badly but from what we were getting told that ain't the way it works out. Thanks to Jeff, he made it happen for us. Jeff at Pro Power Sports was absolutely awesome and fought to make it right and he did. Me and my wife bought 2 brand new 2026 700 Outlander Xt's. They were still in crates and got approved on the loans and had to wait a week for them to be assembled. Then only drove them on the road to full fill the 4 hr break in period. On completion of the break in period we had noticed my wife's atv was leaking. So we had taken it back to Pro Power Sports of Conroe to be checked out and get it fixed if needed. Upon dealership checking unit out they had discovered the engine casing has got a crack. We had dropped the atv off on Wednesday and waited til Friday for a call back but nothing. So my Wife had decided to call them on Friday afternoon. They had gave her the bad news and had told her that it can be up to 30 days possibly longer for warranty repair to be completed. On Wednesday I had went ahead and filed a complaint with BRP Headquarters online hoping to get issue resolved and expedited a little faster. They had issued me BRP Case 03912185. My Wife had decided to call the headquarters 1-888-272-9222 to see our options, the warranty specialist assigned to our case number said they could offer a buy back or trade in offer. That would be great but I would be losing several thousands of dollars doing that. In my opinion they should swap the unit out free of charge but nope. That was not an option. My other 4 wheeler luckily has no problems yet but seriously haven't even made the first payment on them yet and one is down broken. I have never experienced customer service this bad before. I went in to get my jet ski serviced and the guy in the service department was very rude. He didn't acknowledge me when I walked in, and he looked at me like I was stupid for asking simple questions about the jet ski and where to park it. The customer doesn't know these things because we don't work there every day. I'll never go back there for anything. read more

Wishing I had read the reviews before stopping there. This was our 2nd visit here. I found the workers to be very unprofessional and discourteous, and the parts and services overpriced. The owner/manager needs to address these issues in his employees....if he cares. We arrived at the time their website and phone message said they opened. When we arrived and pulled in off the busy street the entrance gate was closed so we pulled up behind another vehicle. A employee opened the gate for that vehicle to pull in and then ran back to shut it to stop us from pulling in, claiming they didn't open for another hour. When we asked if we could pull inside to wait we were told No, when we asked if we could pull in to turn around since the trailer we were hauling was half out in a busy street, we were told No. When we expressed safety concerns about backing a trailer into a busy street that was hauling a ATV we were told to just back out when all the traffic was clear. We returned later when they were open and went inside to order a roof for the ATV that had been damaged. The price they wanted was ridiculous. We then had questions about the location of the fuel filter, and the information they gave us was inaccurate. (We learned later from another mechanic at different business.) My recommendation is to go elsewhere ! read more

Pro Powersports of Conroe reviews I took my 2014 RZR 1000 xp to pro powersport because of a problem that it would not start but did crank. I was told that the motor had zero compression and that it would be 8600.00 dollars to install a new motor. The bike only has a little over 100 hours and 500 miles. I thought that the price was high so I brought it home and started taking it apart with a couple of buddies. After removing the valve cover we found that the cams had jumped time. Did a Google search and found that this is a common problem with the timing chain and the hydraulic tensioner. Especially after an oil change which I had just completed. Polaris has since fixed with a new design of the tensioner. I ordered a chain tensioner fron boondocker and installed it after adjusting the cams and setting the engine to TDC. Guess what happened next the bike started and is running fine again. Paid 115.00 to polaris for the checks and paid 215.00 for the tensioner. Thanks for nothing. read more

Wow kinda high here. Not going into details but we got a quote for a particular item to be installed and it was a lot higher than somewhere we got another quote for same thing. A few hundred dollars higher. Friendly personnel and I'm sure they do a great job but make sure to comparison shop first. read more

I took my 2018 wake pro 230 for a service (oil change) and I get it back not working properly at all. When I pick it up from the service department my oil cap to the engine is not on properly. Michael (manager) is a rat, be careful before you drop it off. He is good at just charging people a lot of money for no services. He is charging me over $2,500 to fix my jet ski when it was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off. Take pictures of your toy and make sure you inspect it properly before leaving it. I filed a small claim and ended up breaking even. I had to pay $440 to get my sea doo back but didn't have to pay them, the lawyer they hired, or court fees. The judge did not require them to fix the issue so my jet ski still isn't working properly. Make sure you have proof and make them sign a paper that your toy works fine and specify what services you need exactly. After you you pick up your toy, take it out for a test run to make sure everything is working fine. This place is ridiculously pricy, after doing some research I got a new quote from a specialized seadoo shop and they are charging me LESS than HALF of $2,500 to build it back up and get it running properly again. Be careful with this place and the rats that work at pro power sports of Conroe. read more

Took sxs in 4 weeks before because belt broke and also said clutch was bad, alright fine replace it, when picking it up asked about break in on the clutch and new belt said ride in low under 20mph for 4hrs said ok that's fine I did that and in the process of doing break In had a few issues with clutch. Basically it felt like it was not disengaging properly when riding for long distance when you come to a stop it wouldn't actually stop it kept trying keep moving if you didn't have the brake pressed and could not put it in park, it never did this prior to replacing the clutch also this sxs had had a snorkel kit on it for about 8 months prior we have done a lot of riding with it. When I took it back to let them look at it they stated it was because of the snorkel kit, due to it falling part they could not tell me anything else when I asked them about why did it not do this prior to the clutch going out the lady kept saying it's due to the snorkel it's pretty hard to believe that this wouldn't have done it prior to having to replace the clutch but there fix was to take the snorkels off and put it back to stock, but these machines are built these days with snorkels from the factory hard to believe that this would be the issue will be taking it to another shop from now on, I would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Very pleased with our buying experience here. Jason was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the pros and cons of each watercraft we looked at. No pressure at all and was very straight forward, which was very appreciated. Finance was quick, easy, and up front. We were able to take one of the skis home immediately to play and was impressed with my return visit a few days later to pick up my second ski. I highly recommend this business. read more

Justin was my salesman and would get 5 stars from me if I could but that's not possible with the rest of the crew. Chris Wilson the finance guy is worthless. He does no follow up, no returned phone calls and has the personality of a fence post. The service department is no better. When you go back to talk to them, they do everything they can to talk you out of leaving your equipment with them. They tell you how long it will take and how busy they are and that if you wanted it sooner you should have bought the VIP plan. Ha what a joke. They suckered a buddy of mine into the VIP for an extra $1,000 and he didn't get any special treatment either. Best thing to do is drive a little further for better service. read more

The service department is terrible. We dropped off our Ranger 3 months ago to have warranty done. Warranty claim was denied because "it had mud on it". Ummm....it's an off-road vehicle. I know the warranty game. Then want to charge 3 hours to tear down. However, it wasn't even torn down. We took pics before we dropped off. Every answer that was given just sounded shady. Sad thing is that we bought two bikes from there 2 yrs ago and never filed a claim. read more

Today I bought two youth CanAm 4 wheelers. Paid cash for them. Was told it would take one hour or so to get them ready. We went to eat. Got back an hour later at 4:24pm. They were not ready. Justin was great and went back to help hurry them along. He is a salesperson though and also needed to see about other customers. I went back to the Service department to inquire at 5pm how much longer it would take. The woman I spoke to 1. Was very rude like I was bothering her 2. Informed me the sales people should not have ever said one hour because it takes time and 3. Then tells me she has to take pictures and doesn't know when they will be done. Ask to talk to the manager. Spoke to Kevin manager of the service department. 10 min later. Told they were almost done and apologized that lady was rude and probably just frustrated with sales people. At 5:30 Casey Morrison walks back to service inquires, they were rude to him. Then Mike another Sales Person walks off mocking about if our 4 wheelers were ready yet. I then told them either get them out here done and ready or give me my money back. The Sales Manager says he will see to it and will give me my Money or go ensure they are done. In the meantime Kevin walks up and denies that anyone was mocking us even though Casey was right there. 25 minutes later we have both 4 wheelers. Kevin told me to have a nice Memorial weekend. Justin comes and makes sure we have all the tools kits and books. He lets us know he spoke with Mike and expected that the Sales Manager will as well. Justin was apologetic and attentive. 3 full hours later we are on our way home with your 4 wheelers. CUSTOMER SERVICE is key! I am not a satisfied customer and to the lady in service .... remember that this customer will NEVER ever approach you or Pro Powersports again unless you no longer work there. read more

Can Am Spyder riders BEWARE. NEVER NEVER NEVER go there for service. They will keep your Spyder for a month. I had parts on my F3T scratched, broken, missing. They tell you it was like that when you brought it in. Took my Spyder for a parking brake problem. A week later broke again. Can Am Spyder's are great fun. But find someone to service them. The $12,000 Can-Am purcahse went fine until delivery, when they gave us a broken unit. They took six weeks to get it fixed. 2 weeks later another part failed and and they took another week. The bike was leaking fluid when we got it back they assured us is was from spillage and it was ok to ride. It continued to leak until we took it back and made them to look at it again. They do not want to do warranty work because they always have 3 month for it but if your getting maitainance done, they'll get you right in. They had the bike for two months, left it outside the whole time, without performing repairs and they swapped parts from another bike. I picked it up, canceled my warranty and it took 2 months, 9 phone calls and one trip to the dealer to confront them in person before I received my warranty refund. I will never spend a dime with this place again. read more

DON'T go to this place!!! We took a set of jet ski's here, on a double trailer. ONE wasn't to be touched and one we needed a quote for repairs. The Service Manager Michael, himself checked them in. We took a picture of both skis and the trailer before dropping them off. HE pulled the covers back enough to make sure the keys were on them. When we picked them up. He gave us a RIDICULOUS quote and the covers are gone. He was not the friendliest person at all. Instead of offering to look for them, his first words were "we aren't responsible for theft or fire" ..after begging him to look for them he said "give me 24 to 48 hours, I will see how the owner wants to handle this". I asked for the owners information only to be given the service departments email. I followed up 48 hrs later and he said "no can't find them, must of been stolen and the cameras didn't pick any one up stealing them and we aren't responsible for theft or fire". That is the 7th time he said that to me!! I can't imagine an owner allowing a Manager to treat his customers this way. I must add, we have bought 2 jet ski's, a Can-Am Side by side, 2 four wheeler previously from them. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO ANYONE & EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE OR PURCHASE! Left my ranger there for diagnosing. Was told that it would take a week to be seen which didn't surprise me because that's what they always say. A week later they called and asked to approve an additional hour to pull the head and see if the gasket was blown or cracked head. I approved. Exactly a week later I never heard back from them so I left a voicemail since they never answer the phone to see how a week later they did not have an answer for me. That was exactly a week and a half ago. So it's been two and a half weeks since they called requesting an additional hour of diagnosis! This place is garbage... read more

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! I took my jetski there for annual service. After two weeks of not hearing from them, I called to find out when it would be ready. I had to call numerous times and finally got in touch with the front office who walked my name and number over to service. It cost me over $600 for the annual service and to replace the battery (by the way, they replaced it last year too but said I had a "bad cell"). I put the ski in the water and within 5 minutes, a check engine light went off. I shut the unit down and started again...check engine light came back on. When I dropped it back off and told them what happened, they said they would get back to me "in a couple of days". It took over two weeks to get them to call me back and they said that my iBR motor has a "loose wire" or is "going out" and needs replaced. When I asked about why wasn't that caught in the service, they replied "oh all we do is run codes and change the oil. We don't check that stuff". They said the motor was over $1200 and the service was almost $400! Save yourself some grief and money and NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS DEALERSHIP! read more

Service department is the worst I've ever been to. I had a Polaris 800 that needed repair. Thought the dealer was the right place. Took it there and didn't get any invoice for repairs, only a verbal estimate. They said 5 days. Called back numerous times and never did anyone answer the phone. Left messages, nothing. Finally got the front end sales girl to go track them down. Was told next day it'd be done. I was working so told them I'd pick it up in 4 days, plenty of time according to them to finish. So, I showed up at nine when they opened, and, surprise, the bike hadn't been touched. The guy had a ton of excuses. They were short handed, didn't have time (remember I gave them 3 extra days), and would put a technician on it right away. I waited in the sales area for about 45 min then went back to get an update. The tech had it torn apart, had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, and grunted that it'd be another hour and a half until it was ready. So I drove an hour home. Returned later that day, the shop guy noticed a new rattle when motor was idling. Shop manager dismissed it. I complained so he came out and pushed on the flashing to bend it a little then said it was there already. Ok. I got suspicious and started looking it over. Back rear taillight was out. I went in to talk to Kevin the service manager that proceeded to tell me that taillights go out all the time and wasn't his fault. Just happened to go out at the time I dropped it off. He refused to look at it unless I paid a tech an hourly rate to do so because it wasn't his fault. So we got to arguing and he just says 'just take your bike and go'. This after he tries to convince me the taillight just happened to burn out just when I dropped it off! He didn't even know if the bulb was the problem! I get home and the original problem I took it in for was only half fixed! Course, I'm not going back! Honestly, worst service I've ever seen from a service dept. the place is absolutely tiny so if you have a trailer, it's extremely hard to maneuver. They literally don't have any competent technicians and the service manager is an unprofessional asshole! Never think about going to this crappy place!! read more

Bad service manager as stated in other reviews and he doesn't care, he does sooo much work that when he pisses people off with bad quotes and letting his employees tell customers they will have one price then find out they have no authority to do that no back it up or even try to make it ok that's fine he can gladly close his doors now and have months of work and as per his request I will write a bad review they had my ranger from Nov 2017 to march 2018 for a broken A arm that failed and waiting for Polaris to warranty it out but after they finally get approval he tells me 2 weeks maybe 1 so after 3 weeks they still haven't started on it and the Woman calls me to tell me they got parts in but they are the wrong ones so it will be another week and sorry for the inconvenience we will take 1/2 of labor (which apparently never happens now) I have witnesses because every time they do call it's with bad news to they where on speaker phone but now it's I say they say so long story short I paid 4 months of payments for a unit I couldn't use and got to pay full price for them dragging their feet. The guy has no grasp that he is in the customer service industry. Very bad and when a few of us quit using his place then he is " totally ok with that" read more
