My grandson's car over heated late at night, so he left our car sitting outside this garage. The…read morenext morning we talked to them and Justin and Trevor were wonderful about looking at it that day, even though the garage was full. They provided an estimate and fixed what we all assumed was the only problem. The repair price was reasonable and we had no trouble contacting them when we had questions. They took my grandson on a test drive and it did not indicate any further problems. After my grandson finished paying and went back outside. The car would not start. This problem totally bum fuzzelled everybody at first. They replaced one module and only charged me for the part. Then there was another sensor that they suspected. After replacing it-with no charge for labor, then consulting with multiple mechanics, it came down to pulling a spark plug and discovering that it was wet. They took the time to work up an estimate for the head gasket replacement. That job was more than I was able to spend at that time. They allowed us to come pick it up with no additional charges. If they were closer to where I live, they would have made a lifetime customer. The best I can do is to recommend them to anyone that's in their area.

Being charged over $30,000.00 and not having anything that was supposed to be done working properly. I took the car to another garage and had him look at the car without telling him what was supposed to be done. When he looked at it he went through several items that nick claimed were done right and he verified that they weren't done right. The second garage was totally independent in that he wasn't doing this to work on the car but a favor to me. I will now take the car to another garage that the second mechanic recommended and see how much more it is going to cost me. Long and short of it I have or had a (warranty) on the work and if I wanted to let nick continue to get the work done right, judging how long it takes when I did take the car back to him I might never drive the car again.
