For the first time EVER I went to a dealership that let me look, no pressure, and answered every question well. I am a middle aged female and went alone because I am looking for my next bike. Usually I get talked down to at best, or downright ignored at worst. Not so here. I will tell every gear head I know or meet to buy here. They have plenty of new and used stock. Had Indian, Triumph, Royal Enfield, and BMW new, and a really sweet used Ducati Monster. They take trades. Very professional. High end stock. They didn't have a trash bike in sight. I bought my Indian Challenger from a different dealership. That dealership could not even schedule an oil change during the week, only on Saturdays and first come, first serve. With my work schedule I would not have a Saturday off for a while. So I called Woodlands Premium Motorcycle, they said they could schedule me in for one of the next the next two days. Which I really only had one of those days open, but that was much better than an unavailable Saturday. But then they told me they could get me in first thing the next morning, when they opened. And that was even better for my schedule. So the next morning I rode past the other dealership (18 miles or 20 to 30 minutes from my house) And rode, 60 miles to the North Side of Houston and got great service on my bike. They were super nice and had an attitude of how can we help you, just, very welcoming. They earned my business and I will keep taking my bike that far out of the way just for that. Staying in The Woodlands close to a Indian Motorcycle Dealership. Time to head over and hopefully pick up a IMC Dealer shirt. These guys are another multi line dealer and trust me this is highly evident where IMC rates here. There were a few bikes in the floor and a little better selection of clothing but, no Indian dealership tees. Oh well. Saw some gloves I liked and thought about buying them. While I was deciding a sales guy came up and asked if I needed any help. Told him what I was looking for, he curtly said no and walked away. How about poker chips? He turned looked at me like I was crazy and without responding continued walking. Really??? Ok, the clues for me should have been BMW first and foremost plastered throughout the store and overabundance of bmw clothing and accessories. His conduct reminded me of the distain those rider tend to display towards other motorcycles. So keep your gloves, even with the discount. I'll spend full retail at a place that wants my business. If you're looking for a bmw this is your place. If you want Indian, vote with your wallet and go elsewhere. I can recommend a place... Maybe the owner should amend his Yelp intro to friendly and experienced staff if you are riding the right brand. read more

Recieved a second response dated today (8/7/2019). I had emailed Shayne per his request, back on 12/20/2018 at the email address he gave me. I never received a response. Why bother? I'll attach screenshots. My email back to Shayne reads: "Good morning Shayne. What more would you like to know in addition to the review that was posted on Yelp? I went to the Woodlands Indian motorcycle dealership to shop for some Indian accessories and attire for Christmas as a surprise for my Husband. I walked in and went directly to the Indian motorcycle area, started looking around at bikes and clothes and took my time. I was at the clothing wall for quite some time looking at tags and checking out different items. Then I walked to the middle sales bench and also over to the opposite side to the smaller area that featured more tops and shirts and such. I walked over to the wall with the belts and gift sets near the Indian Scouts (which are nice bikes) and after looking for a while went back over to the middle of the floor to check out the standing display of t-shirts. Throughout that whole time, it was as if I was invisible. So I opened my iPhone and started looking on Amazon and found similar Indian brand items at a lower cost and so I left. The rest is in my review. One man tending to a bike outdoors said hi to me in passing as I was walking to my truck. That was it. Everyone else was busy with a sale? couldn't be bothered? didn't care? I don't know and I don't care. I don't think I will be back and I will encourage my husband to look elsewhere for his bike purchase to take place. Took my BMW R1200GSA in for "36000 mile check" (including valve clearance check...my main concern). Was provided ZERO documentation of the work details actually performed, including the VALVE CHECK....even I use BMW's official checklists when doing maintenance (and valve checks) myself, so I certainly would expect the same or better from a "master technician". Called dealership after I got home and asked specifically for the valve check worksheet ("as found" / "as left", etc.)....got nothing. Called again and they said the "master technician" had not filled out any paperwork (you've GOT to be kidding me!). Also, found out why my bike dripped 1/2 quart of oil on my garage floor during the next day....the "master technician" left my oil drain plug only finger tight. Wow, lesson learned...if you want something done right, do it yourself. read more

Two Words: Unmitigated Disaster. Purchased a BMW K1600 in July 2017. It's now, 10 MONTHS LATER, May 2018 and I still don't have a title to my motorcycle. Multiple calls and contacts with the "manager", who is evidently no longer there now, with nothing but "it's not our fault, it's the state of Texas". So off I go to TXDOT to pay again for a copy of my title only to find out a title was never issued. Called Montgomery County tax office to find out the dealership FAILED to complete the paperwork and FAILED to respond to multiple letters sent by the tax office about the issue. Confront the "manager" and he said he would take care of it and get me a title. That was January 2018, 5 months later, multiple emails and calls with nothing but broken promises and BS excuses. Sales team was friendly, shop is nice, service guys seem knowledgable, although they charged me for a promised free first service, but the financing/back office is a disaster. They also use free gmail accounts as their business email which creates significant concerns about the security and safety of my financial documents flowing through these free gmail accounts. It also turns out I'm not the first person with this problem. I have first hand knowledge of two other buyers who have had the exact same issues. One is on 6 months of waiting for license plates and title, the other is 3 months waiting. read more

Absolutely do NOT let them work on your bike. I took my 2013 Triumph Trophy in for a routine valve adjustment. It took them more than a month to get the work done. But worse than that the tech left off multiple screws/bolts. When I opened the glove box to access the USB port I found there was only one screw holding it in place. And the USB was just dangling. When I called them they agreed to replace the screw and USB but it took nearly 6 months for them to do so. Then today when I went to inspect the coolant level I found it absolutely bone dry! And the inner panel to access the coolant overflow tank was also dangling held in place by just one screw. This dealership techs are so bad I'll take care of this myself. I have never in 50 years of riding seen such shoddy workmanship. Beware. Ride further to get your work done. You've been warned. read more

I purchased a slightly used bike from this dealership. After some riding I noticed an issue with the fuel pump. The shop stood by the bike and made the repairs at no cost to me...something they didn't have to do. They are a great group of people who take pride in what they do. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever done business with. The customer is just a big dollar sign and once they get your money, they forget all about you. It has been 1 year to the day that I purchased a Triumph Speedmaster from them and not once have they contacted me, replied back to me or helped me get the parts and accessories I want. The day of the purchase I told them what I wanted added; they said no problem, go over to parts and they will get you squared away and we will then finalize the sale. Been a year now; still nothing from anyone at the dealership. I should have gone across the highway and headed to the Harley dealer and bought another Harley. The service is more than terrible. I bought 2 brand new INDIAN Roadmaster elites a 2018 & a 2019 out of state. When I returned home this is the closest dealership I had them service both bikes. I had them install a brand new sidecar to the 2019. I told them repeatedly I wanted all of my take off parts. They threw away my Triple Tree, both knee compartment hinge's, the bolts that fasten my seat on, & The new wiring plugs I had just installed for my heated gear. Finally picked that bike up and had to bring it back the next week to get rear tire replaced. There fork lift operator dropped a big fuel cell on my sidecar destroying the paint. They were also charging me for parts and labor that were covered under warranty. The owners wife was able to settle up with me and I will never go back in this place. I also reported them to INDIAN corporate as no customer should be treated like this. I had probably spent close to $10,000.00 there in a 12 month period. They will no longer get any of my money. There is a lot more than this that there Service department did! read more

Went to this dealer Sat. 4/4/2022, waited an hour before someone greeted me. No inventory ( which I understand do to the current situation). There wasn't a lot of Indian gear or clothing either. To drive an hour to not even be greeted, well I wont be back. Not to mention I road my Harley there with the title in the bags ready to make a deal.... I moved to the Houston area about a year ago and brought my Harley Road King with me when moving here. I had been looking for more of a "bar hopper" bike and went to Woodlands Premium Motorcycles probably a month ago just looking around at their bikes. I was greeted by Hunter but with no pressure at all. Enjoyed my "look around" and they have a very nice selection of bikes. I didn't purchase a bike at that time and been back a few times before deciding to buy a bike there. I ended up buying an Indian Scout Bobber. They allowed me to take it for a test ride before purchasing and I think that is a "HUGE" thing to do when deciding on a bike to purchase. I worked with their finance guy, and they made this purchase so easy!!! I am so happy that I bought my bike from Woodlands Premium Motorcycles and would buy another one from them in a heartbeat!!! They have taken very good care of me even AFTER the purchase of this bike! I worked some with Tricia and she is wonderful to work with as well. I can't say enough good about this dealership. If you're looking to buy a bike, go here and just get it over with. They WILL stand by you even after the sale. What a great experience! read more

This was the day from hell and the dealership from heaven! I arrived around 9:30 to pick up my new BMW K1600GT. All the details had been finalised, and I just had to pay for it and sign some papers - wrong! Firstly the salesman I had been dealing with had had a motorcycle accident (not too serious, thank God) and was in hospital. So we went to the finance department only to find that the manager was not there due to the fact that her car had been stolen (later recovered undamaged)! Another staff member had a death in the family! Needless to say there were many delays, but in the end Shane, Trish, and Brianna stepped up to the plate, and made everything good! I nearly forgot to mention the wonderful breakfast bar with mammoth muffins. All in all, the experience was a very pleasant one, despite all the "events"! read more

This is the worst dealership you can pick. If you are buying new and can find a salesman you may get treated ok. I found a used bike I wanted otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. I was told by the sales manager, " what you see is what you get." I gave him a price and he told me, "go fish." I asked him to wash the bike and make sure the fluids were full because the handles were sticky. He said" woo what am I getting myself into you want a wash, wax and buff." In other words you are accused of asking them ridiculous requests when it never happened. The office manager hears 1/2 the conversation from someone who has a personality disorder and states, " I heard everything...you are particular... we dont want you coming back screaming at us." Apparently everyone has PTSD. I will tell you never shop here because there is a hell of a lot better. Dont expect to get any respect buying used because you are a piece of meat. Go Harley Davidson. To be fair they gave me a good price on the bike and that is why I tolerated the abuse. They can forget any more business expect from the warantee I purchased and I will never attend an event. I can go down the road to get my gear and have with people who appreciate your business. read more

I brought in my Triumph Bobber for repair back in April. It's been there for 7 months and they just now determined that there's frame damage. 7 months! Not once has anyone ever reached out to me about the status or any reports. I had to always initiate communication with the service department and the only information I would receive is that parts are delayed. I never got a clear and logical explanation why parts are being ordered for a bike that could be irreparable. For 7 months I'm still paying my note and full coverage on a bike I might not even get back. Every aspect of this process is unacceptable. I understand that parts get delayed. I understand that a vehicle might not be serviceable. But the length it took to determine the critical damage on a bike that was already stripped down to the bare minimum and communication being nonexistent on the most critical issues is outrageous. It's absolute negligence! It's a direct reflection on how they feel about their customers. I strongly urge everyone not to give them your business and not to trust them with the care on a motorcycle you've worked very hard to obtain. Still not convinced this is a poor and weak place of business? The owner has yet to return my calls. If the owner doesn't care, why would the general staff take any concerns seriously? I'm sure the next time there's any form of communication from this dealership I will be met with cheap generic words about aiming for excellent customer service. Nothing will ever hide the fact that it took 7 months to determine the most basic assessment to any vehicle repair. They will not look out for you after they sell you a motorcycle. Getting you back riding again will not be a priority to them. DO NOT TRUST THEM! To all you Riders out there. We all know unfortunate events can occur at any given time. We just want that peace of mind and confidence in a company that will have our best interests at heart if that ever takes place. That assurance won't be met here. To all the future Riders out there. Don't let this discourage you from getting a motorcycle. Riding is one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had the pleasure of being a part of. I bought a used BMW on may 20 2019.I actually trailered the bike home and the following weekend my wife and i went for a ride.We came back home as the cruise didn't work and the bike was leaking gas.Monday is my only day off so i trailered the bike back the 90 miles.They had the bike 5 weeks and called and said it was fixed and there was no charge.I could tell you what TRISH said when i called about the issue initially but it's not even worth writing here if you no what i mean.I drove the bike home and the cruise never did work and they said they recalibrated it what ever that means!To this day the cruise still does not work as i'm tired of driving the 90 miles to get there. Now the bigger issue is that it took almost 6 months to get my license plate and title. I had to get 3 ( temp ) tags and again i won't mention what TRISH had said about the issue because it was all BS. I myself actually work at a power sports dealer and i no shit happens but this place wants to be a premium dealer (LOL) read more

Full disclosure, I did not buy my bike at this store. I already had a bike when I discovered these guys. I did buy a new helmet, a new jacket and a new pair of riding pants. I worked with Allison Meza, in parts. I tend to be a bit anal about safety equipment. Allison could not have been more patient. On my first visit, she showed me, probably 6 different helmets. She was knowledgeable. She answered my questions. I did not buy. I returned to look again and again I had tons of questions and took up a lot of her time and again, I did not buy. On my third trip I finally bought my helmet and jacket. She and the entire staff, were knowledgeable, patient, friendly. I compared their pricing to sites like Revzilla and the were priced identically. I have since returned and purchased a pair of riding pants and a new shield for my helmet. These guys are great. The facility has a fairly upbeat vibe about it. Overall, I will definitely buy my next bike from these guys. If you are in the market, look them up. If you need parts ask for Allison Meza.
