He is right to the point and tells you the facts, but in a friendly way. He made me a referral to a pain specialist for the SI joint pain as there is nothing he can do for that. My Xrays show arthritis there. I had a cortisone shot in the hip which was done quickly and nearly pain free. I have had 3 surgeries with Dr. Sima, carpal tunnel, and both shoulders.
