Thanks to Dr. Buddiga's expertise, I'm now scheduled for weekly injections to manage my symptoms, and I plan to bring my 4-year-old to see him as well. The office itself is beautifully decorated, and the staff is both professional and friendly. I couldn't be more grateful for their help. The shots themselves are helpful. I definitely notice a change when I forget to go to my allergist vs when I do. The ladies that give the shots are the most friendly people ever and the ladies at the front desk are very pleasant as well! The interior is nice, there's lots of seating, and there's always ambient music playing. I did notice that during my first visit EVER, which was years ago, the doctor straight up told me to leave a 5-star review on Google. I thought it was weird, but I guessed maybe he was just trying to get his name out there. This year when I came back to the allergist, he asked me the exact same question! It felt kinda odd like leaving reviews was more important than my actual health. Also, when you get shots you need to come in every couple of months for a doctors visit. I pay $25 for each appointment which isn't bad, but the doctor seems REALLY rushed and just listens to my heart, asks if I feel fine, and that's it. Also, for anyone wondering, shots are around $100 for a year (I have insurance that covers part of it). You come in once a week to get one and make sure to look at their lunch hours because I always get that mixed up!

There is an injector on the Champlain and Perrin location who does NOT know how to inject children…read more She injects at a 45 degree angle and not a 90 for kids. My son only has ever had a bad reaction from her. We have voiced our concerns and the first time they said told us to "wait for a different injector." The second time I voiced my concern they told me they would "retrain her." My husband took my son today and let her inject him - huge mistake. Look at his arm! He has a hole in his arm and this is what it looks like ONLY when she injects him. Today they told my husband "to ask for a diff person next time." They are brushing off the fact that this injector has no idea what to do with kids. Is the Dr. even aware that this is happening? I have a feeling she does not? Once I have her name I will update the review so ppl with kids can avoid her.

Every visit begins with an apathetic stare from the front desk. I've arrived to be told I don't have an appointment, accompanied again by a blank stare. I can't seem to get an issue dealt with despite being told on three separate occasions that someone would call me right back. I've left a couple messages never to receive a return call. My needs are basic, and I'm not getting them met. I tried to tell someone at the front desk about a problem once and the response was, "OK..." I'd recommend steering clear of here if you have another option.

I am extremely disappointed with the care my son received here. On 1/20, he had sinus X-rays…read moreordered by Dr. Demera, and despite two faxes and multiple phone calls, I never received a call back to go over the results. I was repeatedly told someone would follow up, but that never happened. Because of this lack of communication, his sinusitis worsened and went untreated. After I called multiple times and faxed over the report, I was then told that Dr. Demera wanted to obtain the actual images. The office contacted me asking me to pick up the images on a disc because they did not know how to retrieve them. I had to explain that they should be contacting radiology, not medical records, to obtain the images. Even after they received the images, I still did not get a call back despite several more attempts to follow up. At one point, I was even told they didn't know the doctor wanted to review the images, which made no sense since I had already been told the images would be placed on his desk and that he would call me. That was in late February, and now it is April with still no communication. I was also told during his visit that his breathing was fine, which was not accurate. His condition became so severe that we had to go to urgent care, where he needed two breathing treatments and was ultimately sent to the ER. My son's allergies are not mild--his numbers are extremely high and require attentive, responsive care. This experience has been heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating as a parent. Due to these issues, I have found a new allergist. I truly hope this office improves communication and follow-through so other families do not go through the same experience.
