I am in pain and they couldn't care less I just need a rib popped back in . You see? This is how you tell who to do business with . When you need them and they show up. The snotty lil girl that answered the phone ? Laughed at me when I asked if there was an emergency appointment today. read more

I have been to 5 different chiropractors and Jennifer is my favorite. The office atmosphere is low key, clean, and I never have to wait. Her assistant relaxes you with a warm ultrasound massage to begin with and after your treatment, the water massage table finished you off. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated. read more

I had pulled a muscle in my back, called Jennifer at 8 and was able to get in at 10:30. I had been unable to walk due to my injury and after leaving my appointment was able to walk upright without a Cain. Not only did she help me tremendously, I really appreciated the conversation I shared with her. She completely made me feel comfortable and at ease. The way she popped my neck was different than other Doctors. Thank you Jennifer for the great session. read more

I then assumed they would call to reschedule but 4-5 months later no call from them. So i decided to call and reschedule my appointment. They said they are booked 2-3 weeks out for a 4:00 appointment. I said I am flexible this entire week (summer) and if I can be put on the wait list for cancellation. They said "No" I have to have a current appointment to be put on wait list. Making appointments should be easy and convenient for long term customers.
