However, with some persistence I was put in touch with Kevin (I think he's higher up on the Rainmaster ladder) and he was quite amazing in helping me get our system serviced. They sent out two veteran techs and they did the work needed to get us up and running. I don't know where I'd be if not for Kevin but ultimately I must say he, and Rainmaster, came through for us.

I had been a customer for over 7 years. Last week I tried starting my sprinkler system. There…read morewere parts lying on the ground and a cracked plastic top by the system shut offs. The system was not working. Everything was working fine until Best Irrigation winterized my system last fall. I called the company and they told me there must be damage from the freeze that had happened. This damage was not communicated to me, noted in the service techs notes, nor anything said about any damage that could have happened because of the freeze. The parts were lying on the ground and parts were obviously broken. The service tech told me everything went fine. If parts were lying on the ground and cracked parts, then there was obvious damage and it should have been communicated. If I knew there was damage I would have scheduled an appointment. The lack of communication is unacceptable and I will be finding a new irrigation company. I spoke to Best Irrigation and they did not want to remedy or help fix the problem.
