We're an hour away, and I had been trying to get local chimney sweeps and masons to come deal with our house for years. I'd get an estimate, and then no one would follow up. Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Pricing was reasonable '(this stuff is expensive - brace yourself, but these guys don't overcharge) I'd hire them again without a second thought.

Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.

The buyer knew the work was being done and had Tim give them a quote for some other work they wanted on the house. From the start he acted like he was working for our buyer. He asked buyer who was picking colors. He picked out siding, shingles,and shutters without us. We told him if the sale fell through we didn't want to be stuck with what someone else picked out. We pressed the issue and at least got to pick the color of the siding. There was sloppy work that had to be fixed. We told him we would meet the day after closing to give him the check. We did that to make sure the buyers were ok with his work. He had the nerve to call our realtor right after closing saying he could have put a lien on our home 2 weeks ago. He never completed all the work. Just fair warning people I would never have hired this guy if I had read his other reviews. He doesnt care about repeat business. He cares about insurance claim jobs were he can cut corners. We also at first asked Tim give us a estimate for the house we are moving into. He came to the house but never sent a estimate. After all the trouble with the first house we wouldnt have hired him anyway.

We bought our house in 2012 and the siding needed replaced due to hail. This company came out and did the work (previous owners choice). The 2 people working looked...well maybe like they were on work release? Fine but on the last day the 2nd employee never showed up so the one guy had to finish alone. They were also supposed to do some brick repair but they never did. We called 3 times and they never answered and never called back. Siding started coming off within a few months. We've had to nail siding back in about 5 different times after breezy days. It's like they never used nails, just clicked he siding together. So I'm not too pleased with this company. Luckily I didn't have to pay anything. Maybe another hailstorm will come and I can have it replaced well next time.
