I had an appointment scheduled for the following week and was asked to send a text with a photo and maybe they could give me an estimate from the photo. I sent the photo and the day of my appointment it was getting late so I called and was told I wasn't on the schedule for an estimate. They don't know what happened but would have John call me. No call. The next day I called and again they would have John call. Now it's the next week and I called again. I was told John had just gotten back from being off with the flu and was very busy, but would have him call. No call, so I called again and left a message that if our job was too small, just tell us that rather than blowing us off. I spoke with someone from the office and she said she thought this had been taken care of and would have John call when he got back into "cell" range. Again, no call. One year ago when we had a new roof put on to the tune of $18,000, they wanted our business then and were attentive. I'm very disappointed in ABC.
