Called M&J Restorations on a Saturday in early May to schedule an appointment to have my gutters cleaned out. To my surprise Mark went out of his way to come that same day. Good thing he did because the gutters I couldn't get to on the second story were completely clogged and were filled with water, with more rain on the way that afternoon/night. We were so impressed with his willingness to work with us on price and his attention to our needs, we hired him to come back and install gutter guards. A few weeks later he came back to install them, but the guards he ordered were badly bent up and he wouldn't install them. Other places might have tried to bend the guards back in shape and installed them anyway. So after a few days delay he was back with new guards and had the job done in a few hours at a competitive price.
