Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. I brought a $500k lambo aventador to his shop for ceramic coatings and wheels full package. I talked to his detailer when he wasn't there and caught him in many lies the detailer told me. Then I ask for invoice etc and get nothing. I also asked for a partial refund as my car had missing ceramic spots all over it. I'd give it a 6 out of 10. That's really bad. The rims and externals weren't done. The window weren't done. They body has many areas that have no ceramic and feel like they didn't even get buffed.It was a horrible job. I would stay away from this guy he may be knew to business and doesn't know how to operate honestly. It's a fly by night company. Also he changed his name many times because of all the bad reviews I'm told and isn't a part of ceramic pro anymore. Just so everyone knows I did give him the opportunity to fix it but he wouldn't return calls or messages and he also wouldn't send me any paperwork.
