The guy had…read morethem for one day over TWO MONTHS - never called me to ask what to do with a couple of them as he forgot - then when I went to pick them up, they were all THROWN INTO A LARGE BAG scuffing/marking some other shoes! I brought them carefully and neatly stacked in a box with cloths in between so that they didn't touch the other shoes more than necessary. He accused me of bringing them in like that and I showed him the same box I brought them in with as I brought it to use the same way to get the shoes home. Had no respect for my property at all. Actually one pair of shoes were damaged from this lack of handling and I was furious as they had never been worn. To top it off, had to pay over $200 for the privilege! Totally over priced. I did not mask my displeasure and stated I would NEVER be back!

I walked in the front door and down the stairs and was immediately greeted by an older gentleman, who I suspect is probably the owner. I showed him the broken strap and he assured me that they could fix it, and that it would take about 2 days. He told me $30 to which I balked at (the bag was from Value Village originally...) and he dropped it to $20. Great. You do need to pre-pay here and they give you a pickup slip. I was then sick for the next few days and he called me twice to make sure I knew when they were closing for the holidays so that i could pick it up beforehand. When I came back the bag was ready and I couldn't tell which one had been broken before. In short: super convenient location for repairs, but not necessarily the cheapest.

The first pair I tried on were Romika brand, and they were an ankle boot, lined slightly for fall. Grey in color. Instant love. The second pair I tried were also a short ankle boot for winter. Also Romika brand. Very lined and again, instant love. I ended up purchasing both pairs. The owner worked with me. and gave me the best deal he could. I was very satisfied. I wore the fall boots, most of the fall. Both pair were already water proofed and good to go. I am now wearing the winter pair. They have to be the most comfortable boots I have ever worn.
