The day of my appointment i finally met the owner charlie and let me tell you this guy is genuine and amazing at what he does, i went there for a winter package which included the full car detail (interior,exterior) also undercarriage salt cleanse and 3 months ceramic coating. Charlie and his Wife took great care of my car and left me amazed with how great my car looked, honestly it looked like it just came off the dealerships floor. Will be a returning customer for sure!! Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I first reached out to them because a friend recommended the place for me to get my tints there. I had been wishing doing it for a while but hadn't found a place I liked... my friend did his here, not as dark as mine, but he talked to me about Unico, so I reached out through Ig and they responded in less than 15 minutes. I came on Friday and spoke to one of the owners: JC, who is super down to earth, helpful, knowledgeable and definitely super mega friendly... I waited like an hour to the tints done but they were full and the wait was still a little long, so I decided to leave and come back Saturday. On Saturday they did my tints and I couldn't be happier to be honest!! The quality of their work and products is above anything else!! If you're looking for a place where there's professionalism and attention to detail, this is it!!! I found another shop where they were willing to do the job for half the price but the quality of their materials was super bad, so I rather pay more and get BETTER results. I came back on Sunday morning to wash my car here because then Saturday was PACKED for carwash and definitely will come back every time I have to wash it... After going back & forth with the owner, trying to schedule for almost two weeks, I called him yesterday to see if he can detail my car today. He said they could be to my residence between 2-3PM. I agreed that the time would work for me. He called me at 11:10 AM to say that they could be here between 12-12:30PM. I told him to make it 12:30; he agreed. Since I live in an apt bldg, I texted him at 12:20PM just to let him know I was waiting in my car at the front entrance to my building. No response! I waited until 12:45PM and texted to ask for his ETA; he texted back that they would arrive at 1:05PM. His worker called me at 1:02PM to tell me that they were stuck in traffic and they would be here in 45 minutes!! A bit unrealistic; traffic is not that heavy around 1PM, but I just said OK. WELL, NO-SHOW! NO CALL OR TEXT... AND WORST OF ALL... NO APOLOGY!!! I called the owner's number and his worker's number at 2:00PM; both calls went to voicemail! I then texted the owner to let him know that he wasted my entire day. He then texted back that he's in class and he asked ME if his worker was having trouble finding me? I would not know because I wasn't advised! I had two problems with that text... The first being that the owner lied to me, because he previously told me about a week ago, that he has classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Well, today is Wednesday and he texted that he's in class! My second issue is that he told me that HE and his worker would both be working on my car, and gave me no indication otherwise! Save yourself the aggravation and find another detailer to work on your car! And don't be fooled by all the phony reviews; his own worker, Zain, gave a 5-Star review! Yelp doesn't recommend the phony reviews for good reason! Kudos to Yelp for detecting the deception!
