I went in today looking for two potential jerseys, where I was greeted by an employee who was extremely rude. The employee started making comments about each team I was looking for saying "I was wasting my time and money trying to get those jerseys". Then he proceeded to laugh at my selection. When I told him he could potentially lose a sale with those comments his response was " don't worry, we're going to sell out anyway". As a customer who has bought plenty of jerseys from this store, it very much bothered me to receive this kind of service and have this kind of experience. Update: Took my money, never sent my item and started ignoring me when I asked for my money back. Should've read the reviews before ordering. Site says "ships 1-2busines days" that's the first deceptive business practice of many. I contact them to see what's going on after day 4 & I get a canned response from an AI customer service bot! If I wanted to chat with AI and be ignored I could've shopped at a major company and saved myself $20. I go back and forth with AI trying to get a human to no avail so I try to call but can't get through by phone either. Finally I get an email from Jessica saying they are shipping that day. At this point I'm thinking it's no big and ready to move on except that was now over a week ago, it still hadn't shipped out and they are not responding to me. read more

Terrible experience with our toddler. One of the staff members tried to grab the little balls from my toddler like he was a kid, trying to constantly clean up after us. We were about to buy him a jersey and this guy made the experience very uncomfortable for us so we left rushing, very unhappy with our kid screaming. Please be more friendly to families, especially ones with young kids. Empty store with no customers yet you act like you are so busy and have to clean up after people right away - it is your job to do so anyways. read more

I didn't request any money back,just wanted to exchange because I select the the wrong ,but they give me a hard time.. I didn't have that receipt. I'm pretty bummed that this shop is one of the only local soccer equipment shops around. The customer service is severely lacking. It took me seeking out someone to get help with some cleats. I needed to get some things for my high school students soccer team and so I was looking for goalie gloves, socks, etc too. It was definitely a process. I also think their prices are high if you're on a budget. You can certainly find the same cleats with better deals online. I ended up buying the things I needed but if I wasn't short on time I would have shopped elsewhere. read more

We were greeted by Henry as we walked in. He asked what we were shopping for and walked us to the corner of the store where the GK gloves were. Every business would benefit from having employees Henry and the other young man on duty. This was the first time we have made the 65 mile drive but we will be back again. I don't recommend this store! It claims it cannot re-sell a pair of cleats without the original box. I purchased cleats for son's birthday, he threw out box before we realized that the cleats were too small and this store won't qualify return w/o box. I asked for store credit, that was denied and the cleats returned. Pro Soccer won't honor their 'Free Return Coverage' they prefer credit that fee instead. I will stick to better reputable stores like www.soccer.com, www.prodirectsport.us, www.dickssportinggoods.com to name a few. Pro Soccer email response received 12/26/24: "Sorry unfortunately if we dont have the box we can't sell the shoe, no one will buy it without the box. The free return package is for items that qualify, without the original box does not qualify. I went and refund you on the package protection that you paid for but sorry we can't take that shoe back there is no value for us without the original box. Hope it makes sense. Terrible customer service. I order an Alex Morgan jersey for my wife during the Women's World Cup in XS. This is the size she wears for everything else. When the jersey arrived it was way too small and they would not exchange it. We did not even want a return but just an exchange. The reason they gave was it was customized. Do you mean to tell me you are not able to resell an ALEX MORGAN jersey in the middle of the WOMEN'S WORLD CUP to account for the fact that your jersey's run small? I never received a notice from them when I initially submitted my return request and when I followed up I received a "we contacted you the next day" and that was the only response I received. Beware of this business. Try one of the bigger more reputable sellers. This is what I get for trying to support a smaller mom and pop type place. read more

I wonder how long one would have to wait to get anyone who works there to provide customer service. The workers have walked past me 10 times and never said hello. Three of them hung around the cash register and talked to each other about the two small dogs they brought to work. Then one left to walk the dogs. Five employees here as far as I can tell and they mostly just speak to each other. Then, when I thought all hope was lost I overheard a 20ish Latino asking someone if they needed assistance. I went in with my daughter to buy her some cleats. We were looking at Puma and Nike when the salesman strongly recommended the Adidas Copa as the most comfortable cleat available. We took his advice and bought them for $225 plus tax. My daughter wore them in a game for 30 minutes when she took them off and went back to her Nikes. She did not find them comfortable. There was a very slight smudge on one and a few marks on the laces. I took them back to the store to see if they could exchange them but they would not do anything for me. I offered to take credit for just half the cost of the cleats but the guy was very rude and dismissive. I went home and ordered new cleats from Nike. I will never go to this store again. read more
