I contacted Alex, and he told me he would send a copy of the report that day. He didn't. I let another week go by, and contacted him again. He told me he would send the report today. Once again.... nothing. I am starting on another round of renovations, and I will not allow my contractor to use Prosource. If it costs more, it's worth it to get a decent level of service and follow-up.

So, they were written off as a business loss, then discounted and sold in 2019. Not exactly FREE, and the owner had the tax write off. The bags are also a tax deduction. I will NEVER return. I hope the $2 bag is worth the bad press. I'll never understand the incompetence of some business owners. I've purchased $800 shoes for $50 at Nordstrom's and THEY give ME a bag.
