I went into this Vape store after calling multiple locations looking for a proper disposable vape and they had the best customer service. I worked with spencer & will who both were knowledgeable and honest about the products. They have really great pricing on disposable vapes, juices, glass & kratom. I purchased two tugpods. I had a great experience. They didn't try to force sell me anything and were productive with multi-tasking side work of inventory and greeting any new customers coming in. That why was very welcoming as an environment and the store was clean, well laid out with organization and definitely the best experience I've had at any Vape store that I've been to, and I've personally been to +- 27 or so different vape locations over the years. DO NOT GO HERE. Let me specifically start off with a "shame on me" for falling for it for so long. When my mod broke, I came to this store and purchased disposable pods to use until I decided on a new brand for a mod. On 5 different occasions, I was charged a different price each time. (My receipts and bank statements don't lie.) When I finally decided on a mod, they happened to carry it. I bought an extra coil and went on about my life. When I needed another coil, I went back up there and what do you know... I was charged (yet again) a different price than I was the first time. Like astronomically different. Take note: the "children" working here know absolutely nothing about products. They are glued to their cell phones and respond to a majority of questions with "probably". I was warned by SO many people not to go that store. It's so close to my new house, so I overlooked the warnings for the sake of convenience. Again, shame on me. I bought 4 "Summertime" elf bars from this location and every single one of them almost exploded. Each of them leaked horribly from the charging port, and stayed on and continued firing the atomizer until it burnt out. I had to throw one in the toilet for fear of it blowing up in my hands. I used to go here every couple of weeks when they first opened. They had since gone to shit fast. Every time I am there I am surrounded by minors hanging out and vaping. I am surprised the fines from selling to children don't seem to concern them. The employees are generally knowledgeable, but you would never know it because they will go out of their way to ignore you. And I once had an employee tell me how much he wanted to screw one of his customers (the 16 year old girl sitting across the counter). A disgusting place filled with disgust people. Bottom line, this place manages to collect the scum bags in the area and concentrate them into one shop. I try not to air the vape industries dirty laundry, but this place needs to go. I was told if I didn't like the juice I got they would remake it free of charge and she was beyond fed up with me from the beginning before I even chose a flavor. Let me tell you, I would consider myself a regular since they have opened. I come in about every two weeks. This place has gone downhill very, very fast. It used to be a chill place where you could stop by, get plenty of help, and chat for a couple minutes. Now when I go in, its filled with a bunch of people blowing fat clouds and being generally obnoxious. The new employees are pretty rude guys and only help out there bros. They will sit there and talk to their friends all day and not even acknowledge people that come in. This time I came in was the last straw. Some kid, who couldn't be older than 14 was standing at the juice bar chatting it up with the employees. Do they even I.D? I'm 19 and look pretty young, and I have never gotten I.D. once. Is that good for the vape scene? The doors were wide open with vapor coming out the door and a 14 year old in sight. I'm being pretty generous when I say this kid was 14, as I looked pretty young back then too. After I left, my friend and I decided to go to the senor taco next door. As we were eating, one of the employees from pro source came in, ordered, sat down, and started puffing on his vape IN SENOR TACO. I should have said something, but I just left disgusted by this action. From this experience today, and previous expieriences, I can tell you, I will not be visiting this shop anytime soon. The only good thing I can say about them is they have a wide selection of juice and authentic hardware at a fair price. Oh and the only good employee they have is Tim. All I can say is that if you guys want to stay and keep your doors open, start I.Ding people and get some more helpful staff. read more

I came in on Sunday around 7:30pm and the worker was not wearing a mask, there was either his girlfriend or friend laying down across the couch so if someone wanted to sit down they could not. Then his buddy was in there I believe on another couch talking to him across the room about Instagram taking his post down and the employee responding and cursing what a piece of s**t his car was. You have a line of customers to focus on. When it was finally my turn, I needed help with a vape I bought there and he would not listen to me or show him the vape I got. He said I have no way to test it out when I was not asking him to I just wanted to buy a new vape bowl for tank and needed to see the size it looked like and he refused to walk over there for me to show him because it was like we were bothering him being a customer. Visiting Scottsdale from Sacramento, CA I decided to take a trip in search of some eliquids and wicking material. I met Taylor, whom I think might have been the owner. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to any of the products in store. We chatted a while about a few mods that were up and coming and he had some good input on where to keep an eye out. This store constantly has little high school kids hanging around in there, it's not really that professional to be selling to minors. Also the juice is made right in front of you at a flavor tasting bar, they also pump the nicotine right in front of you. I find it very unsanitary. I never buy their house juice because it is almost always never as accurate as the first time I buy it. They have a lot of cheap juice for 3 bucks, but it's nothing you'd want to waste money on if you're looking for quality. They have a staff that knows a lot about vaping so I guess that's an up side. The place is also really cool with a lounge and Xbox. I prefer going other places to get more quality juice. read more
