The terms and conditions contained no restrictions on picking only one or two items in multiples. They apparently got high response and first, removed the only two valuable cigars but kept the promotion up. Now, people like me received order cancellation notices this morning. No apology, no attempt to explain, no hint of customer service. Fox Cigar clearly lacks integrity. People who are online shoppers know that when other companies misjudge a promotional offer that may even cause them to incur a small loss, they honor it, that's what reputable companies with integrity do. F**** Fox Cigar, please do not reward this company with your business, particularly if you do not patronize them in person (which I understand this review isn't as applicable too but still shows what the company is about). Use their competitors.

Good setup, laid back, and just an easy place to hang out for a while. What really makes it though is the guy behind the bar, Joshua. He's got a ton of knowledge on cigars and bourbon, but more importantly, he treats you like you've been friends for 20 years. No pressure, no ego--just good conversation and solid recommendations. You can tell Josh actually enjoys what he's doing, and it shows. Great humidor, strong bourbon selection, and an overall vibe that keeps you there longer than you planned. If you're in Scottsdale and like cigars, definitely worth stopping in.

We ordered drinks and those arrived quickly, we went into the humidor and couldn't find any of the flavored cigars so she went to grab the bartender for an assist only to be told she didn't know anything about the cigars and couldn't help us. One of the regulars came in and made a bunch of suggestions, he found the flavored cigars on a bottom shelf. The bartender didn't chat with anybody in the bar it was so odd. Definitely not like the experiences I've had in the past at this place. My gf said she probably won't be back but I will, I'm hoping that was a one off experience. The patio area in the evening is the place to be. There is no food available, but there is free ChexMix. And they have happy hour!!
