I bought three vapes I'm a row that didn't work and because I went outside they refused to give me my money back. It was literally within 15 min of buying them... This smoke shop is under new management and the variety of items now available shows it. Prices are very reasonable and the owner, who I have met several times, is friendly and attentive. The have a cigar room, hemp papers, and other tobacco related items. They have CBD for sale as well. Great place to shop. read more

Great selection and good prices. This store is the closest to my house but I've only been in here once. However I think this is my new stop for cigars. They have good pipes (traditional) and lighters. Plenty of other vaping and bongs of course too. Friendly young gent working there too. read more

Loved Moe he was extremely friendly and assisted us with all of our questions. Even with us being a little complicated lol. This place sucks. I bought an Airis Beast vape pen for $20 on Friday. Puffed on it a few times. On Sunday it was totally dead. No recharge on this pen. Went back on Mon and the guy said there are no returns or exchanges even if their pens are crap. Horrible customer service and I told him he just lost my business and I hope all of yours as well. read more

Employees are rude who only sell you overpriced garbage. I didn't want to spend 30 bucks on a cigar cutter so they sold me one that broke instantly. It was first time here and I spent around a 100 bucks here. I'd rather head to owl ear which is way more affordable and has employees who care about customers. Awful everything. Very poor customer service and experience! Purchased two swisher packs. When arrvived home and opened one it was super dry and cracking / breaking apart in my fingers- called the store and they said nothing they can do about it even though it says freshness guaranteed on the back. Never had an issue in all my years with this product. Went into the store the next day to exchange - not even asking for it for free as it says on the back - but again, exchange and the clerk was rude and was very condescending and said he would do be a favor because he could tell I was stressed out. Really? Who knew they would argue over 2$! The product is guaranteed fresh as printed yet they could care less. read more
