I get another instructor he gave me more lessons but when I went for test I fail at the start, he again give me some more lessons but when I saw they are not professional I left this driving school but my online class still remains nd its been 2 years Im calling them about this, the website number, that lady one day she is in party, one day she has guests, one day her child is sick, one day she is with doctor, one day she is not in office, when Im telling this to instructor they tell me I will do something but still nothing nd Im waiting for my online classes for 2 years. Now Im fed up of this all, in this 2 years I was not just satisfied but also I found they are not professional thats why when ever anyone ask me about my driving school I will tell them west of time nd money, instead of giving Genius driving school's number I well give New road driving school number with whom I went just 4 lessons nd I got my G2 in first attempt in Newmarket. It was only until later that my friend told me about her bad experience there and that she essentially ended up teaching herself how to drive--she mentioned how her instructor was constantly on his phone and she would have to drive him to random places every lesson. Unfortunately, I couldn't say I had any better of an experience. I specifically requested an instructor who received a lot of praise in the google reviews in hopes for a better experience than my friend's. Not only was he on his phone often, he was extremely unprofessional and rude when I made mistakes. He would change his directions on a whim and get extremely whiny and angry when I would get confused by them. I understand getting frustrated and the occasional scold but his comments were downright inappropriate (ex. "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??", "CAN YOU NOT SEE?!!") Honestly, I don't get why people choose to work with teens/new drivers when they don't have the patience and consideration for it. Instead of being constructive, you are setting up teenagers to be unconfident and anxious drivers. If you're looking for a driving school, I'd recommend AMB and Young Drivers. Those of my friends who've been to these schools all enjoy them and are confident drivers.

His calm, kind, and clear instructions helped me to feel more confident behind the wheel with every lesson. Ejas always took the time to explain things thoroughly and made sure I understood not just how to drive, but the exact techniques and rules necessary for safe driving. The lessons were always well-structured and I felt at ease with him at all times. Not only that, but he also checked in on my welfare, my family's welfare, and always made sure I was doing okay. What I appreciated most was the encouragement, positive attitude, and forgiving nature. When I made mistakes, forgot to reply, and even made his life a little harder sometimes, he always remained patient and helped me without feeling discouraged. Thanks to his guidance, I not only felt well prepared and confident behind the wheel, but passed my G2 test on the first try.
