He showed up right on time (a walked me through what he saw, and clearly explained the best options for repair. I had some pretty bad water damage under my kitchen sink and was honestly dreading the process of getting it fixed, but Scott made the process so easy. There was more damage than I originally thought. He calmly assessed the situation, laid out a detailed game plan, and handled it like a pro. They are so much more than just flooring. The work they have done for me on two different houses has been top notch. I had two extensive remodels. One in Anna that we had just purchased earlier in the year and then one in Plano we moved out of. Shaun is my contact and project manager for Anna Flooring and design. He is amazing to work with. He always checks in with you during the project and makes sure the job is done right before sending you the final bill. He always personally checked the work that was being done and made sure that the people doing it fixed any issues. If there is a problem, he figures out how to fix it. That's the test of a great company. I would 100% hire them again. He even would bring me samples to choose from rather than having to go in myself. He has several different contractors he uses for different projects. They aren't just flooring, they can take care of most any remodeling or renovation needs you have. I had cabinets refinished, new plumbing run for a second sink in the master, new countertops and sinks, lighting, exterior doors, carpet, luxury vinyl, tile, drywall, and painting. Probably some other things I forgot. The work was so good I started adding more and more for them to do. All of the contractors were very good but two stand out. Mark and Jackie are a father and daughter team and let me just say wow. They did most of the drywall repair and painting, as well as miscellaneous things on my very long list. I think of them like a make ready crew. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. I have very high standards and somehow they always seem to find a way to exceed them. I don't know how Shaun has found all of these great contractors. Do yourself a favor and get in touch with them if you have any remodeling needs. They work all over the place, not just Anna. Their prices are very fair, and honestly sometimes felt lower than I expected. Oh and lastly, I had never met any of them before this experience. These are my genuine feelings. It's so refreshing to run in to a phenomenal small hometown business like this in this day and age. Keep up the great work!

My wife had recently dropped wood stain and about a week prior, I had motor oil spill on my floor. I had a large area of oil and stain on my garage floor. The owner of this business lived in our neighborhood and had posted a classified notice on our Homeowner's Association page. We reached out to inquire about the price and to see an example of his work. After my neighbor visited his home, he returned to tell me that his garage was impressive and we should move forward. Prior to beginning the project, Walter, the owner, asked us to select from 16 colors for the epoxy and 8 colors for the chips. On the day that he arrived, he began by sanding my garage. This process was lengthy, but incredibly thorough. After he vacuumed the debris, he began applying the epoxy. Afterward, he applied the chips. This process was the most entertaining because he literally through them against the wall to get an even distribution. If he had told me this was his plan, I would have had significant concerns, but the results are exceptional. He worked on our houses for approximately 12 hours and cost about half of what another neighbor spent to do the same work. I can honestly say that my only regret is that I waited so long. I bought this house new and wish I had the epoxy added when I first moved in. If you are interested, I would suggest you reach out to Walter, the owner, to inquire about the price to do this work. While he charged half of what out other neighbor paid, the work will very likely depend on the size of your garage. In the exchanges we had with Walter, he was friendly and responsive.

It was great that Surge arranged and oversaw every step of the process. He made sure everything got done from flooring to installing new towel bars. No detail was over looked. Fast, Meticulous, and Fair Pricing…read more In preparation for selling my home, I obtained quotes from three roofing companies in the area to repair damage to my garage ceiling from a neglected minor roof leak. SCI Roofing & Remodeling provided the best quote and completed the work ahead of the deadline with no compromise in quality. The first quote came from a company that urged me to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance without even looking at the damage! Their unethical behavior ruled them out for me. The second quote was based on drone photos; he immediately identified the problem, and he also proposed filing a claim based not only the drone photos but also meteorological data. The problem is that my roof is only 3 years old; the damage in the photos was small marks that showed no penetration; and even if I chose not to file a claim on the entire roof, he proposed to repair the leak by reconstructing a large part of the roof around the leak. I am sure that this would have been an excellent and thorough repair, but it was far beyond my budget. I went with SCI Roofing & Remodeling because they were the only quote that did not try to exaggerate the damage and they proposed a very targeted repair resulting in a quote that was less than half the highest quote. In addition, they offered to include many interior renovation repairs to optimize the appearance of my house for showing. Finally, not only did they propose a reasonably sized project and deliver excellent quality, but they also completed everything about half a day early! For these reasons, I am grateful that I found this company and am happy to recommend them to others because they are one of the few companies that provide honest, courteous, and skilled work for a fair price.
