When it came to positioning, she made sure that I was all settled and comfortable prior to beginning the facial. She was considerate enough to ask if any scents bothered me that she should avoid. I was in love with her before she even began the facial! The whole experience was amazing. I have not been that relaxed in a long time. I did not realize how badly my skin needed Karla to work her magic! Afterwards she was kind enough to recommend products for my skin care and stretch mark prevention with some advice on how to incorporate them into my daily routine. Again, Karla is simply amazing. I will be making a point to go see her more often. The gals that were at the front desk were also very welcoming and kind (with great personalities too!). She said we'll get you in no problem. prior to that I was going to a salon down the street and I was getting my hair to a lighter tone when I left this salon my hair was dark. I didn't like it. It was late. I was there forever and they were trying to convince me that it looked good. I was so unhappy I would never recommend this place. I'm surprised it's still open and it's in my neighborhood and I never got an apology. I never got let me do this right nothing and I had to go through the holidays with my hair dark, which I didn't want.......

Idalia was a great stylist in and out of the salon, throughout the process she asked me questions about the products I was using and gave me recommendations on products that would help put my hair back on a much healthier journey. When I was being checkout she gave me her card which had her personal number so if I had any questions I could contact her personally. My hair was all the way down to my tailbone but not healthy at all, it was falling out more than normal, felt brassy and just absolutely disgusting. Now my hair feels healthy and happy. got my hair massacred 4-8-25. I went in with long hair, came out with a bob. I asked for 1.5 inches…read moreoff and ended up with 4 inches gone. Started fine, agreed to length off (one inch), by the time she got to the other side, 4 gone. she said the long side was longer cuz I part it on the other side. WTH?!? so she tried to even it up but now the long side is the shorter side. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there. Complete incompetence. I don't believe her certificate is real. She should have said no charge but I paid. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. Thinking back, I should have just walked out the door. I'm still fuming mad. It will take almost a year to get my hair length back. also, 2 people were scheduled for the same time so I had to wait.
