Nice lady who cuts hair well but the dirtiest salon I have ever seen. She asks you to sit in the chair while still covered with last persons hair. Cleaning combs is rubbing them on her legs. Loved my haircut but will never go there again. read more

Sharon is the best and loves Veterans and America. She has my business for as long as she's open. Amazingly low price for a good haircut.

My dad went in to the salon with a face mask on to ask the owner if she had any appointments available. Before he could even get a word in she VERY RUDELY told him "take your mask off". The owner is rude and condescending and lacks customer service skills. You would think since she's been in the service industry for so long she would know how to talk to people but she DOES NOT!! There are plenty of hair dressers in Yakima so do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! read more

I read the reviews and found out they were very spot on. The owner was very rude. She yelled at me for wearing a mask (I'm in healthcare and take care of immune compromised patients) when I walked through the door. The salon stank of smelly wet dogs. The hairdresser stopped cutting my hair several times to toilet the dogs. She blasted the news about the war with Ukraine and forced her republican opinions on me while cutting my hair as if she was mad at me for why was happening. She didn't wash my hair even though a shampoo was included with the cut. And she cut my hair much shorter than we agreed upon. I left crying with an uneven haircut. What a rip off!!! At least it'll grow back and I can have my hairdresser in California fix the horrible WA state haircut! read more

I have had Sharon cut my hair three times. I was refered by a friend who she cuts and was impressed with the cut. She is the first stylist in Yakima who knows how to cut hair. She does an excellent job and her tiny dogs are so cute! She gives a discount to Seniors which is helpful. Sharon is a good person who loves her work! read more

If I could give this place a no starI would. I go in and ask for a one length haircut, all I wanted was an inch off of my length. Super simple right? Okay well obviously not for the stylist who cut my hair.. my hair was curled with a curling iron when I went in, i had addressed to her this wasn't my natural hair and I wear it curled and straight quite often.. I knew I was in trouble... she just started hacking away. I straightened it the following morning, let me tell you, it was BOTCHED!! To top it off I'm a barber, and you can sense and tell she has no clue what she's doing. If you can't cut a simple straight line you should not be cutting hair. My hair is a lot shorter than what I had asked for due to the fact I had to have someone at my work match the shortest piece of hair. It was almost an inch shorter on the one side. Also When I walked into the salon there were dogs barking at me and her station was not set up for the day. I will NEVER be back again. I was scared and nervous during the whole haircut. Not a good place to get a haircut at. Also I have an ombré that I've been growing out for about a year and the stylist proceeded to tell me how ugly my color was! LOL! Who is she to talk when she can't even cut a straight line? Bottom line is, I won't be back. Practice cutting a straight line woman or maybe consider a different career. read more

I would say that she specializes in haircuts. Very reasonably priced for senior citizens for that service. However she charges way too much for a perm...$90 for a senior citizen. My bad for not asking. read more

It's a pretty small place but the girls here are very nice and personable. My husband and son get their hair cut her all the time. Never had a bad cut. Highly recommend. read more

I went to have my hair highlighted by Brandy last February. She got distracted by cutting other clients' hair and left the bleach on too long. I complained that my head was burning and by the time she got back to me my hair was falling off. She had to take me into the back closet to stop alarming the other customers in the building. My hair was falling off in the foil. What was left was bleached silver-white. It is October and I have not heard a single word of apology from her or even had a phone call to ask how I was doing. My hair has fallen out like a cancer patient ever since. It is thin, the hair is growing back and I have been dealing with spiky patches and dried, brittle, broken hair for 7 months. Want to know the worst part? I have been blonde my entire life and my hair is growing dark brown like coffee. If you treasure your hair do not trust Brandy. She obviously does not care at all. read more

never again. the old lady sucks and charged way to much for my color. quoted me 75$ then charged me 125$...that's double. when I scheduled with her she also said since if was an evening appointment she would order pizza even asking what kind I like. I thought that was so cool and unique...well it never Happened. she never did anything she said and on top o that did a poor job on my hair....Shame on you read more
