Run don't walk. Travis at protouch made my car good as new. I walked into pro-touch when I was in the area to get a quote for my car. I just bought a used car that had a lingering pet smell in it. Mind you, this car was "detailed" before purchase. Travis was very honest and gave me a quote and let me know exactly what needed to be done to fix the odor. He showed me the hidden pet hair visible in the carpet and walked me through what all he would be doing to treat my car. I'm very picky when it comes to cleaning but they paid attention to detail and cleaned out every nook and cranny. My all-weather mats were like new after they cleaned them here. I almost threw them away before visiting pro-touch and I'm so glad I didn't. I also had my windows tinted here and they were able to match the tint to the rear windows. It's appointment-based here and they are true to time. I was able to get my car back in the timeframe promised and I was very impressed with the work. I'll definitely be bringing my other cars in. I'll give this place 5 stars based on customer service, price, reliability, time, and great work. read more

We borrowed a family members car over the weekend, and unexpectedly incurred some damage on the passenger side dash board. We needed this job done urgently as we had to return the car same day (today actually). I arrived around 9:40am, and was completed by 11am. They fixed the Dash for $135 when Lexus Dealership refused to do the vinyl repair wanted to replace the entire Dashboard for $2,900. We are incredibly grateful to find a place like this near us, Dave and Jenny are incredible! We will definitely be coming back for work on our other cars. I am convinced they gave me a brand new truck and put my plates on it. I dropped off my truck and the inside was absolutely trashed by the previous owner. They owed a dog and smoked in the truck for the last decade. Pet hair and ash everywhere with an overwhelming smell of stale smoke. Jose, the manager, made it look brand new and completely got rid of the smell. Jose clearly takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist. Other staff were very nice and helpful too. They did an excellent job with an interior detail on my car. They also did a good job with an exterior cleaning. I chose not to get the exterior detailed as I have a lot of paint coming off and bodywork that needs to be done. My car is going on 17 years old now, and they managed to make the interior look practically like the day it did when I bought it. They got out stains that I never thought would come out. Another huge plus is that my car did not have any scent. I'm an asthmatic and can't tolerate perfume or heavy scents. I had a small strip of upholstry on the driver's seat the needed replacing, and a small section of fabric on the passenger side door that was coming loose and needed to be reattached. I have a few gripes: the first one is that imo they charge far too much for their services. They originally quoted me $600. When I came back, they had no written record of that quote, so they looked at my car again and quoted me about $700. So I guess their quotes depend on who happens to be working that day. My second gripe is that they neglected to tack back down the fabric that had come loose on my passenger side door. When I got the original quote for that upholstry repair, I was told that it would be very labor intensive and time consuming, however when I pointed out that the repair hadn't been completed, all they did was glue it back on. Took them 10 minutes. I inquired about the gluing and was told that the fabric had originally had been attached that way and that was how the repair was supposed to be done. So why was I originally told that it would be time consuming and labor intensive? Was that to somehow justify the price? That seems pretty sketchy to me. All and all I am happy with how my car turned out, but due to the issues mentioned above, I cannot issue them a full 5 star rating. read more

I was at first skeptical that they could do that, but I took a chance. What a great decision! Dave did an outstanding job revitalizing my seat and got it done in 3 hours just as he said he would. I give 5 stars when I can't imagine another similar business doing a better job. That's the case here. My new truck is only a few weeks old. I spilled an entire travel mug of tea (with honey and milk) on the passenger seat and floor under it. What a mess. ProTouch did an exceptional job. They even removed the seat to make sure they didn't miss anything and cleaned the seat completely. They were fast, thorough and very friendly. I looked at the other vehicles they were working on and saw some very very well polished vehicles. I got no impression of dishonesty as one other reviewer suggested. They had next day appts available, but I opted for one later that week. I dropped it off at 8am and they had a promised time of around noon. They were done early at 10:30 and it's perfect. I brought my husbands very dirty work truck in for an interior detail. It is a nice Toyota Tacoma that HAD a tan interior. his dirty job slowly turned it black. It has needed a detail for 5 yrs. I cannot believe the great job they did. It looks almost brand new. I didn't think it was possible to get it that clean after the amount of grease and fuel had been rubbed off in there.
