I went to this place twice within the last couple of months. I originally found them because they're the closest tint shop to my home according to Google. My first time I just wanted to get my side windows tinted to match the factory tint my car came with. From the time I called to get an estimate for the cost to the time I drove off their lot with all my side windows perfectly matching, their customer service was amazing! Really friendly staff and knowledgeable about what they do. This was my first time ever tinting car windows and I had ALOT of questions. They were really patient and showed me examples of everything I wanted to see before I made my purchase. I even got to try some really delicious Korean coffee for the first time while I waited for my car to finish . When it was ready I LOVED how my windows looked! After that I waited a couple weeks just to see how the job they did would look once it was fully dried and I had operated my windows without any problems a few times, and gone through a car wash. As expected, they still looked amazing and sleek how I imagined they would. No air bubbles at all. No peeling corners. I was so relieved lol (being a first timer) I liked them so much that when I decided to tint my windshield, I went back to the same place again. My second experience was literally the same as the first. And that time I worked with the owner and he was just as pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable as his staff. He even let me sit in his car to show me what a certain tint option looked like from the inside. Again, I was SO happy with the outcome!! Both of my appointments were early morning so literally no other customers were there and they finished my car in about 50 minutes each time. I also paid less than $200 for each job and that was a bonus I wasn't expecting. I chose Carbon for my windows because I wasn't as concerned with heat but they also had several other options that varied in price and quality. The tints came with a 5 year warranty but there were other options that offered lifetime warranties. I think even a more experienced person who has done tints before would be happy coming here.
