He got that back to me the next morning, and when we said we'd like to take one of them down, he gave us a day that was only four days away, right after Memorial Day weekend. They took the tree down while we were at work - we went to look at it, and they did an AMAZING job! Clean up was fantastic, there were no big divots in the ground where branches might have come down - it was a fantastic job! He broke 4 of my lawn lights, and when I confronted him about it, he got upset and denied doing it. I have him on camera. When I hired him, I asked him to be careful with the lights, and he told me it wouldn't be a problem. I had to replace all the lights at my expense. He never apologized; he just decided to stop servicing my properties. That was very unprofessional, and I was left with no notice; now I am scrambling to find someone to cut the grass.
