One company quoted three times the estimate of the tree guys but admitted that the job was beyond their scope and referred me to The Tree guy. Long story short, after dealing with a lot of reputable and unrepeatable companies I landed on The Tree Guy. You will definitely pay for their equipment and expertise but it's a great balance of fairness and peace of mind. They are taking care of their employees and your property. Dan and his associate were hired to assemble one of the beds that has the head and leg lift. In hopes it would help my father sleep better they purchased it online. Dan had it assembled and called back the next day to see how they did. Mom said it was about 4 inches too high and said she would have a step made. Thats when Dan's review really came into play by asking them what time they went to bed and that he could be there in about 20 minutes where him and his associate came over and removed some extensions that made the bed the perfect height. Which was not negotiated in a price and for them to do that was so far above and beyond what was expected, I'm sure Dan will be hearing from them again when situations arise.

Over the last 20 years I have hired every local plumbing company in the book. My experience with…read moreother plumbers has been that they have been courteous and patient. The crew was not. The lead guy showed up without a mask and seemed to be irritated that I asked him to wear a mask. Then he seemed irritated at my ignorance. Then he accused my family of running water in the middle of his work, and we absolutely did not. He showed disdain for our lawn full of trees and acting like we were idiots. No matter how I tried to engage him, it was an unpleasant experience. When they left, they left dirty gloves, mud or worse splattered around my basement possessions, clumps of I-hope-it-is-dirt on the stairs and basement. Is this normal?! OMG. Even if I need "rooting" again, I'll find any other company other than this one.
