Great weekend for riding my motorcycle. 40 minutes into my ride I had a flat front tire. I had to…read morecall a wrecker service. I was blessed with Towhub road service and towing. Everyone was very helpful. Not everyone will tow a motorcycle. They even helped  me in trying to find someone to repair my tire. No one had the tire in stock. They didn't have my best interest at heart or they would have told me they could change the tube. After striking out on 3 phone calls I elected to have my motorcycle towed home. As we pulled into Winder I called Bobby Gober of B&R auto repair. He suggested I contact M&M Motorsports. He even told me if I didn't have any luck to call him back and he would find someone for me. He always comes to my rescue. Michelle at M&M Motorsports was very kind and helpful. She said to bring my motorcycle in and they would take care of it. Mike looked at my motorcyclevtire and said if I wanted to hang around they would replace the tube. The seal around the valve had gone bad and separated. Nothing was wrong with the tire. The first honest repair shop I dealt with today. I was blessed with a few heroes today. They got me back on the road very quickly. I want to thank everyone that helped me today. There are still kind and honest people in this world. I was lucky enough to find them today.

Stumbled in circa 2019, for transmission bearings in my 2003 Honda Shadow ACE (after paying another shop $900 and getting a quote of $2200 to fix that guys work! These guys quoted $1000 and came in under that). (I also have had work done on my 2008 Honda Goldwing). I've been in for transmission bearings, tires (twice), coolant leak, failing brakes, and initial once over after purchasing the '08 in '22. So, six times, give or take? Friendly? If you're in here to make new buddies, you're in the wrong shop. Dad is the owner and counter-man. Not necessarily friendly, and not at first blush. But get him talking about a ride and he'll warm up to ya. Son does the work, and he's a gem. Cash only and up front. Honest. Everything cost what they said, except the transmission bearings, which came out $600 cheaper and two weeks quicker than anticipated: because the damage was not as bad as expected. BTW: He's not a tire shop, order your tires and bring 'em with the bike for the best price.

Both began tinkering with cars at a very young age. Emily the assistant there is just as humble as Howard and Brian. She is super friendly too. In my experience of taking my vehicle there when needed over the last 30+ years, they always finish the repairs on my car in an excellent timely manner. He also took full responsibility and refunded my evacuation/recharge cost. He apologized and spoke to all involved to change how they handled my situation. I will give them another chance as they took accountability and made it right. Grayson Tire & Auto - so disappointed in their service and support. I had this shop repair my AC in September 2025 and experienced a strange issue where the AC would not turn on when the car was parked on hot days. I garage park my car so I rarely experienced the issue. With this hot weather recently the issue regularly appeared. I took it in as I had a two year warranty. After having the car for half a day they insisted nothing was wrong. They begrudgingly agreed to test again. After a few hours of the car parked in the hot sun, they saw the problem. They subsequently told me the Freon and PAC oil was way out of specs and I needed an evac and recharge. The problem is they were the only people to touch the AC and last to evac/recharge. When I explained this, they stated it was my fault as I must have had someone else work on it. I told them no one else but them worked on it. They said that is impossible. I pointed out how it could happen and they said even if they did make a mistake the Freon is not covered under warranty. When they originally fixed my AC they had issues and had to install a second compressor. Yet they stated they don't make mistakes. Customers vote with their wallet and they lost this customer of several years who has spent thousands on various services. Shame on you Grayson Tire & Automotive, do better. I will no longer recommend them on this platform.
