Learned something new today. Today I learned that Frazier's Harley Davidson will hear that you are a woman with one of their brand new 2021 883s that has a weird oil leak after they did your first maintenance and they will try to tell you over the phone that it is because you drive your bike too slow. ((Sorry buddy. That's just ridiculous.)) Then, they tell you to bring the bike in and they will look at it in about two weeks. During my first service they also left my heat shield off my exhaust and I had to make a separate trip down to have that put back on my bike. No thanks. I'll drive to South Carolina before I bring my bike back to Frazier's after this. read more

Just wanted to pass on a wonderful experience I had with Bill Rabon at Frazer's Harley Davidson Dealership in Buford, Georgia. I left a message inquiring about an advertisement they had on a 2021 HD Electra Glide Rival. Bill Rabon the sales associate called right back confirmed they had the bike. Bill was easy to talk to. He vouched the bike was in pristine condition with some added options and low miles. He knew the previous owner, vouching for the bike's condition. We talked price for a while and came to a fair price for both sides. Bill kept me informed thru out the purchase process. It was such a pleasure to work with Bill so much so I wanted to remember our dealings. I asked Bill to include a Frazier's T-Shirt in the deal. Which he agreed to. More importantly I asked that he sign his name on the shirt so I could remember the truly wonderful experience in dealing with Bill and the Dealership. Thought we would give them another try after 3 years. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. 3 years ago, they put the wrong cable when installing new handle bars. went to Bike Week and thankfully, PCB Harley fixed the bike. They didn't want to rectify the problem and reimburse us the money we paid to fix in PCB. After much discussion the owner finally made it right. Today, take in my husband's 2022 Road King to install the hardware for the backrest. wanted to buy a few Willie G stuff for the bike. Go to parts they tell him of a certain part he wanted they didn't make it anymore, come home and it's in a catalog. Then he goes outside to get the bike and the guy bringing it out is ravving up the bike and looks at my husband and shrugs his shoulders and gets off the bike. A bike with 23 miles on it and you treats customers bike this way!! Customer Service is the worst. Killer Creek an hour away will continue to get our busines. read more

I had been using Fraziers for about 15 years Since then i have bought all my parts there for all of my bikes and had them serviced there and all was good ! I recently got a great deal on a 2005 ULTRA ELECTRA GLIDE and i bought about $800 in parts , hat , t shirt etc !! This might seem petty to some people but after wearing the t shirt twice the seam in the underarm unraveled making a hole. So i figured since over the years i had an account and i spent THOUSANDS of DOLLARS there so i figured no problem i will take it back and swap it out. Since it was obviously defective ! I brought it back and they asked me if i still had the tag for it ?? I cut the tags off it before i wore it, Seriously do you know anyone that saves the tags off of clothes ? I told them i didnt have a TAG !! The girl went to talk to the " so called MANAGER " he said that they couldnt do it w/o the tag !! NOW IM GETTING PISSED !! I ask her go back and talk to him again !! about me having an account there for so long that he should fix it somehow !!! The girl came back again and he still said no because w/o the tag they couldnt get credit for it !!! WE ARE TALKING A $30 T SHIRT !!!! I had been a manager/supervisor for many years and if that had been me i would have given a free shirt or bought a new shirt and put it on my expence accout marked it CUSTOMER ACCOMMODATION !!! i told her to cancel my account and to tell her boss that he is ASSHOLE !! After a bad experience a couple years ago my gut told me to never go back, but sadly I gave Frazier service dept another try. I had a 10am service appointment ( oil change ) I arrived promptly to be told " someone quit today so I would need to drop off or reschedule". HERE'S A TEACHABLE MOMENT. FRAZIER - Call your appointments if you are way behind to reschedule or inform your customers that they need to make drop off arrangements. CUSTOMERS - Call these AMATEURS prior to your appointment to see if anyone quit today / having a bad day , etc. before you waste your time driving out to their shop. Here's the chronology my interaction with this dealership. 2008 - was looking to buy a FSDL low rider 2008 anniversary edition. Their price was $1000 higher than killer Creek and everyone else. Also they had additional fees they wanted in order for me to purchase the bike. I was happy that I bought my bike and Killer Creek in Roswell. 2009 - I requested a basic 1000 mile maintenance. I was overcharged by them based on research after-the-fact by me. In addition they charged me another $75 for an item that according to the maintenance schedule was not required until 5000 miles. 2013 - I was interested in buying a 2014 VRod muscle. They claimed that I had to pay retail plus $500 because it was a special order item. I purchased the bike from Killer Creek for $800 below retail. Plus I received $2000 coupon book and cost for additional items added to the bike during the purchase. Killer Creek did not have this bike in inventory either, but they did not take advantage of me. Here again Fraser was trying to taking advantage of a customer. 2014 - I wanted to buy V and H exhaust from my VRod. Fraser quoted me $725 that is listed at $579 to 600 retail. In addition they want to charge another 500+ dollars for installation and $325 for tuning kit and another $275 installation. Killer Creek did the whole job for $800 installed. 2014 - I needed a quart of oil. Fraser was unwilling to sell me a quart of oil they wanted me to buy a 5 quart container. They did not offer 1qt. Avoid this dealership at all cost. I would not even recommend you get air for your tires from them. Buyer Beware! read more

This is a superior Harley Davidson store. We're from Sarasota Florida. Clutch went out on 75-N in rush hour traffic, we milked it to Buford. Got to side of road and called Frazier's Harley Davidson. David from service department and Billy saved the day! They came at 5 min til close day before the 4th of July with a trailer and took our baby to the service Dept, and made sure we got to a hotel. On Tuesday, October 11, 2016, I was travelling from Delaware to Florida, when I developed problems with my FLHT-K. While attempting an aggressive passing maneuver, I felt the clutch slip. Unfortunately, I was able to duplicate the slip a second time. I was 650 miles from home, and 480 miles from my destination in Florida. I made the decision to find a dealership near my sister in Cumming, GA, so if I was stranded I could stay with them. I babied the bike towards my sister's area, and then called Frazier Harley Davidson in Buford. I spoke with Jamison, who told me to bring it in after I explained my problem. He met me outside when I arrived, wrote up the service request, at which time they took the bike right in. They diagnosed the problem, brought the defective parts to me to examine, made the repairs, and offered to look the bike over. The tech brought me into the shop and showed me the front brake pads. I am glad he did, because I would have not made it home with the wear they had on them. He replaced the pads, and then came the bill. I was more than happy with it. There is not one negative thing I can say about my experience. Thank you, Frazier Harley Davidson. You are a credit to the brand, and helped this rider out more than you can imagine. On Thursday May 16th I took my Custom Road Glide into Frazier's Harley-Davidson in Buford, GA for a simple recall. After the repair was completed, the tech took my bike for the test ride to finish the ticket. During that test ride he WRECKED MY BIKE! (Glad the tech is okay). I was notified by the General Manager that this had happened, and that he was sorry. So I asked for a loaner bike till they completed the repairs. GM says,"We don't do that here"! Keep in mind that I RODE into the dealership. Now I have no way to get home (which is 45 miles away), and a dealership that wrecked my bike won't loan me a bike to ride while mines being repaired, or even just get me home! I eventually got a friend to get me home after hours waiting around the dealership that just wrecked my bike. Needless to say, I was steaming!! They just sat there and watched me. Did NOTHING to see if I needed help getting home, a ride, Uber, a bike, NOTHING!! So the next day I decide to get with them on the estimate for repairs since I've yet to hear from them. I go by, and my bikes in the same spot it was the day they brought it in from the wreck! Hasn't been touched!!! No claim has been started!!! I am pissed at this point, and ask for the GM. He stated he'd like to handle the repairs "in house" (I suppose to not have a claim on his insurance). At this point I smell a rat! I have the bike picked up and taken to a local custom shop immediately. I got a copy of the police report later that day, and I read that the bike was in a solo accident, AND the tech received a citation for FAILURE TO MAINTAIN LANE!!! Burnout got out of hand? Doesn't know how to ride? Who knows?!? I now am pushing the rental bike, and the GM says,"I've turned it over to insurance, so I'm out of it now"! WHAT?!?! I end up calling the insurance company and ask for a bike. They say,"Rent anything you want, but you only get $30 a day"! Holy, what?!?! By now I contact HD Corporate about the situation, and was told this was unacceptable by all standards of The Motor Company, and that they would be in touch with that dealer immediately to resolve this issue. It's been 2 weeks, and I've heard nothing from Corporate, or the dealership. Ladies and gentleman, it's PRIME riding season in The Northern Hemisphere right now, and I can't ride due to the negligence of a dealership. I hope this gets to every biker on the face of the earth! We are family! No one watches out for each other like we do! This is unacceptable! THIS is how Frazier's Harley-Davidson treats their customers! read more

Don't waste your time with their service Dept if possible. Bike takes over a week to get diagnosed after saying it will be 48 hours. Order a part they say will be in by the end of the week, call the following week after not being called and they say it'll be 3 more weeks. Call after 3 more weeks after not being called and they tell you it's going to be an additional 3 weeks. Harley wonders why their stock and reputation is falling apart read more

Easy access from the street but if you come from the highway it is possible to drive pass the entrance. There is plenty of room for parking any type of vehicles. I arrived early, just past 10am, so most of the employees allowed me to walk around before offering any assistance. The store was clean and organized. There was a wide variety of merchandise. I did want to at least be acknowledged by any member of the sales team but I wasn't. The service area had a small lounge with beverages and an information board that was very updated and informative. This dealership is comparatively large with a wide range of motorcycles. I was generally impressed with the listed specials and prices. I look forward to returning after I purchased a t-shirt and hat unique to this location. read more
