Milo, team lead, offered this promotion because booking my original travels was complicated.   After having taken my initial travel, which was terrible, I was thinking of giving them another try.  They offered me the free promotion but when I went to book, Milo said it would cost hotel fee ($35), plus, a newly added upgrade fee ($50) / per night, plus, taxes and gratuity.  It clearly states on the certificate the locations included but there is still an upcharge at the time of booking.  What was suppose to be "FREE" costs nearly $1000. Ultimately, I had a conversation with Mia, manager, who, in my opinion, was rude.  She collaborated Milo's story and she would not waive the upgrade fee, provide a resort credit, offer a future travel certificate, or any other gesture that would indicate they had even the remote intention of honoring their certificate.  In fact, when I asked her for what dates could I book Villa Del Palmar, Cancun without paying the upgrade fee and she said, "NEVER". read more

I received a confirmation email saying we must be between 30-70 years old but the salespeople on the phone said 30-75. Oct 29, 2024 5:40pm - I called gen ofc 855-776-8222 about the age on the confirmation email and left msg, name and phone number in their voice mail system *****no one called me back I replied to the confirmation email and I asked about the age requirement ***** and the email came back undelivered: customerservice@provacationdeal.com is bad email address. Nov 7, 2024 - I called again and the lady said we are too old. Asked her to cancel and refund our money. The lady said someone would call me in the next 24 hours. *****no one called me back Nov 11, 2024 - I called them again, spoke w Ashley and she put in a refund. I should receive the refund within 7-10 days. I received an email on Nov 11 "to confirm that your refund request has been submitted. Your refund, ... will be processed within the next 7 to 10 business days." I waited a couple of weeks, and ****with no response from them, I called my credit card company and reported the fraudulent charge from Pro Vacations and explained why it was fraud. My bank sent an email to me a couple of times saying that Pro Vacations has not responded to them yet. Apparently, my credit card company gives them 90 days to respond. Jan 11, 2025 I receive an email from Pro Vacations: "Thank you for the opportunity of giving us your business. A Dispute was filled in the amount of $699.00 by you. Please provide us with your feedback by replying to this email, of what transpired to bring you to this conclusion. In return will settle this matter in your favor effectively not only that will try our best to honor a free vacation for you." Absolutely the worst...I purchased an ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE at Cancun from them. When I tried to book my traveling in late Jan 2023 which is off-peak season obviously, I was told all deluxe rooms were sold out for 2023, which is completely BS, and I had to pay $50/night more to upgrade to 1br suite. Even if I'm okay with "upgrade", my contract clearly states that the upgrade fee is $38/night, not $50. What a shitty company read more

Buyers beware - they are marketing firm and will try to sell you on good "deal" but confirmation of availability doesn't happen until 10 days afterwards because their system doesn't sync with the resorts they represent. Although there is technically no blackout dates - they dates that are released from bigger resorts are slow days. You simply can't book what you want or need. Don't purchase! First red flag - telemarking firm with hidden random call back number from same individual. Second flag - recording only start when they've closed you and then they transfer to different division to record only closing so details of selling lies are not recorded. Finally - Facebook had only few followers and no real reviews. Website looks good but BBB and yelp has complaints on this co. I think it was another company revamped with new name and website to remove the negative stain. They charged my cc the same day but I wasn't able to get customers service to answer my calls. They say it's transferable but not refundable. I never officially signed the email/paperwork they sent me. I call my cc company a few days later and filed a claim, after about 20 days my cc: refunded me. Thank goodness for Discover card's great customer service! read more

Definitely a scam. They called me pretending to be Hilton group of hotels, referred to a vacation I had taken recently with Hilton grand vacations group and sold me a package to Mexico. When I realized they are in no way associated with the Hilton group I called them and requested a refund. After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes, They confirmed they'll refund and I'll see it in my account in 3-5 days. 10 days later - no news. Called again, said the manager is away, I waited for 30 minutes on the phone. Again committed to returning the money, and again I was disappointed. Finally the third time I called and yelled, I got my refund. The entire process took about 45 days!! Don't make the same mistake as mine. I was happy that they at least refunded me and didn't completely dupe me of my money. read more

I don't recommend working with them as they don't disclose all of the fees that you will get. I booked a 3 night stay with them at the Silver Lake in Orlando. I was told my rate covered all of the costs of staying there. I booked a Thursday night through Saturday night stay. But the resort conveniently doesn't do timeshare presentations Friday and Saturday so I was required to add an extra night for $70, but again was told that covered all of the costs of staying there. When I checked in, I was charged $40, a $10 "marketing tax" for each night. It was never disclosed by Pro Vacations that I would be charged an additional resort tax upon check in (I would have declined their package if I'd known because there are other nice off-site hotels I could have had for the money without having to sit through a presentation). There is also no notice of this special "tax" on Silver Lake's web site. Neither the resort or Pro Vacations will refund the money. Pro Vacations just says well, the $150 gift card we gave you covers that fee (but it doesn't because it's charged to another credit card, and they told me the $150 gift card was for sitting through the presentation). The whole thing is shady and I'm apparently out $40 but will never do business with either Pro Vacations or Silver Lake Resort Orlando again. read more

But since we already had a big part of the down payment paid by then and plans made, we couldn't back out and risk losing the trip. We had to eat the increase in price. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I will try to be as fair and as unbiased as possible as I write this. This agency is simply running on hidden fees and false truths. First they make you pay a bunch of money for signing up, then there is an activation fee. At the end, they will charge you the resort fee plus if you do not sign up for their timeshare package, then you will get billed for the whole trip. I dont want to call them a scam, but they charge you without giving any notices and facts. Do not give them your credit card, they will charge whatever that they want to. When you thought you give them your payment for say a car service, then they charge you for everything else without telling you. read more

My experience has been horrible with provocations. I bought a package with them for silver lake resorts. I had 3 years to book a reservation. Just to give a little background, the package I was sold was for a villa. When I made the reservation two months after buying the package I was called 2-3 days later and told that I cannot keep that reservation because I was from Miami Dade County. The agents then began to look for other places for my fiancé and I to stay. They told us the castle hotel was just as good. When I arrived to the castle it was run down. The hotel room instead of a villa, was dirty. The rug was dirty, it had a bad smell, sink had mold around the edges, the faucet was broken where the water comes out and the shower had mold by the grout. No one from provacation is available to help, assist or accommodate us for these problems. We are currently still in Orlando with our belongings in the car trying to figure out what to do. No help whatsoever. We are now without a hotel and left stranded. read more

In the past I have had some negative experiences with reservations with other travel companies BUT NOT Karuna. She is professional, caring, and most important customer oriented. She has returned phone calls, assisted me with my non-existent computer skills and overall been an incredible asset to this travel company. While I am still cautious about the trip, Karuna has been awesome in minimizing my concerns. If the trip is as great as my experience with her, I look very forward to it. read more

We stayed at the Villa del Palmer in Cancun and absolutely loved it. My kids are still talking about going back. Check-in was seamless and the resort was very clean. Food at the restaurants was much better quality than most AI places. We did have to attend a presentation but it was quick and no pressure. We will certainly return. read more

Since day 1, our rep Amanda has been pivotal in changing the feeling of our originally failed vacation around for us. I originally booked a trip through Pro Vacation Group months before COVID ended shutting down all travel. The trip to Punta Cana was supposed to be a birthday present for my boyfriend. It's now been almost 3 years since the start of COVID and after 6 times of having to postpone the trip, the 7th and most recent time being having Hurricane Fiona come in less than 12 hours before we were supposed to land and wreaking havoc across the Dominican Republic. We honestly had lost all hope of ever making good on on this trip and we fully ready to give up on the entire thing. But then came Amanda. She listened to our whole story from beginning to end and realized this was a circumstance that needed a little bit extra attention and she absolutely delivered. She helped dispute a monetary penalty the resort in Punta Cana wanted us to pay for not flying out into the hurricane, she helped us get an extension of being able to rebook our vacation for a later date, she even wrote up an entire list of new locations we'd be able to move our package to without incident, one of which came highly recommended by her, that we ended moving the vacation to in PV. Amanda is a great example of what customer service should be when you're faced with a customer who has simply had a string of bad luck, from no fault of their own. As of this morning, we've officially picked new dates for the resort in PV for April 2023 and can't be anymore excited for it. If it wasn't for fate connecting us with Amanda, we would've surely given up on the whole trip. So my thanks to Amanda and Pro Vacation Group for helping us keep our vacation alive. read more

i would for sure use them again. we stayed at a dreams resort in punta cana dr. the room was really nice. the four restaurants had amazing food. we spent alot of time on beach with really great views. the swim up pool bar had a wonderful bar tender which taught us how to make a mango tango. we are looking forward to doing one of their other destinations. read more

Great trip and great deal! We went to Cancun and the resort was nicer than expected. Our room was really clean and the whole experience was pretty relaxing. We spent most of our time at the beach and enjoyed snorkeling. There were different restaurants to eat from with great food but we didn't get to try the Japanese one because the line was too long.
