That must have cost extra. secondly, just days later, the garage began making funny noises when opening and closing. Being this home was new construction, we contacted the builder who had this contractor contact us... (the company that did the install). just to tell us the repair or maintenance was not covered under warranty. I will reiterate, this is a newly build home. The garage door opener was installed less then 90 days ago, and I was in the home for less then 2 weeks before the issue. Shelly was able to diagnose my issue over the phone, without having anyone look at it. He also had 2 others come so we had multiple companies providing input on all the issues. Rusty worked hard to help even when he didn't have to and especially when the issues were not his fault. We can tell you there are people out there doing spray foam that should not be. Do your homework as the issues can be painful when you use the wrong company.
