The work was sloppy. Areas like the rear diffuser and behind the license plate weren't even properly washed, which is unacceptable for a service that's supposed to include clay bar and paint correction. Corners were obviously cut. Basic detailing was ignored--the trunk wasn't opened or cleaned, and the inside of the rear window was left dirty. This is detailing 101. The workmanship feels careless and lacks pride. As someone who knows cars, I can confidently say this was a poor job. If you work hard for your money, don't spend it here.

It was very easy to set up service with them, I appreciate their website and the option to text. The shop is clean and well managed. It was quickly arranged, just "walk in," and I was done in 1.5 hr as they said. I was received by two awesome employees, who got to work right away, one was prepping and the other was confirming my choices. I got ceramic done to all my windows, including the sunroof, and it looks/feels amazing. I definitely feel better, not being exposed to the sun and to everyone else The manager came out during the application and double-checked his guys' work. There was a window he had helped them re-cut and re-apply because there seemed to be an error. It was great to see. Depending on how much tinting and what type you get done, the cost will vary, but it was very reasonable for a full set of tints on my sedan. 5-year warranty on carbon, 10-year on ceramic (bubbling, peeling, fading). Another customer drove into their two-door garage shortly after me and they were also taken care of because he only needed his sunroof done. We were chatting in the waiting room, and he said he had been getting tints for years, previously worked at a tint shop, that I'm gonna love it when my car is done. And he was right! I'm very happy.

Pricing was by far the best I found after shopping around and the installation quality is the best I've ever seen, zero bubbles, no trapped dust or fingerprints, just clean edges all around. I was impressed by the other review photos but it is even better in person. These guys are experienced and the installation shows their talent. The price was significantly lower than other quotes he had gotten. The installation was flawless, not even a fingerprint on the glass, he cleaned all the glass and mirrors. You can't detect that this windshield was not the factory original. The last windshield we had done was by the "Safe----" company and the gasket inside was replaced incorrectly and it's obvious from inside. I hope I don't ever have another need for Ed but I have put his name in my contacts in case I do. Call this nice man you won't be sorry. 6 stars!
