I mentioned that I checked the price this morning, but he said they update the website Sundays, and the price just went up the other day. I said that they should honor the posted price but he could do nothing. I have been buying tires from them for a couple years, and do not believe that they could not update prices on their site immediately. Needless to say, I did not go ahead with purchasing the tires, and will look elsewhere for my tire purchases.

A job that only took them maybe 10 minutes or less. I've been going there for years and have only paid $20. As a matter of fact I was there in December and only paid $20, 50% less! So I questioned the man. He claims he's the new owner and has now changed the prices. I walked to three shops in that plaza after the fact to get a quote and they all charge $30.00, $10.00 less than what he charged. The shop was a lot less busier than what it usually is and I should have taken that as a sign. The shop is under New management and he's a complete rip off! I called him right away, he said it's because my suspension was bad. He could have explained that to me in the first place and not done the alignment that costed me $100! He clearly knew my suspension was bad before doing a useless alignment that even made it worse. Not an honest shop at all!

You'd think these guys had one ounce of education, professional courtesy and integrity.. but nope. Unsafe work at Steeles Tires and Brakes…read more Went into get my new tires on. The next day by car was making a knocking sound. After taking my car into a real dealership, they told me my tire was lose! This is not about getting a tire retorqued, it was installed incorrectly from the get go. When I told the owner BOB NEEBAR this, he just shrugged. Unbelievable the lack of accountability. DO NOT GO HERE. You may not be as lucky as I am.
