I have…read morebeen under the care of Dr Fischer since January of 2026 after seeking out diagnosis and treatment for possible mold toxicity after having been exposed for several years in my home. I did not have the typical upper respiratory symptoms that often occur but I did have extreme fatigue, brain fog, blurred vision, among other symptoms. Dr. Fischer took a very thorough history and ordered the appropriate tests. He worked with me to find the best place to go for the blood work since it was highly specific. Once the suspected toxicity and inflammation markers were confirmed, he started me on an initial treatment plan. This included weekly Ozone Therapy IV's with UV Light as well as a variety of supplements and a binder. With each follow up when I had certain issues, such as the binder giving me a headache or still experiencing a lot of cognitive symptoms, Dr Fischer was able to tweak things to where they really made a difference. He swapped out the binder for one I could tolerate and started me on a nasal spray and a new supplement that after a month made an incredible difference with my brain fog. I feel the best I have in two years and I owe it to Dr Fischer. I can't recommend him enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable and can tailor your treatment to exactly what you need. So this review has nothing to do with her manners, just the fact that I got so little results for the crazy cost. I don't think she is the best fit for patients with digestion issues because there were some basic things that were missed. However, she knows everything about hormones you can so she gave me some solid advice in this regard. So even though I didn't make much progress and I have to be honest it wasn't the best use of my money, I feel it would be unfair to rate her low because I still learned a lot. I think if you have hormone issues/going through menopause and can afford this then you will get great results otherwise I would stick to more pay per visit doctors. Even Dr Sayana herself extended my program for free when I wasn't getting results so she really cares about her patients, I just think there are better options if you have chronic complex health issues.
