Their professionalism, level of skill and training, ease of communication with clients as well as modesty and working amongst each other is unrivaled. They care deeply about making people comfortable but also better! They truly care! My injuries have ranged in severity and across all areas of my body and they have always been able to more accurately and efficiently diagnose then most of the other medical professionals I have seen. They are a one stop shop in that sense... cut out the many middle people and do it right the first time. BILL(ing)! That feared "4 letter word". Not to worry, you've got Pam crushing it behind the scenes. She's dealt with my multitude of insurance coverages as well as my one worker comp issue, and I am never left wondering or without a seat when the music ends. It's taken care of very well and explained even better. She's many steps ahead of the insurance companies which makes life and dealing with this stuff easier. Laura up front is also a charm and a treat. She's the conductor during appointments making everyone comfortable and at ease. I never feel left out or alone in the lobby or when coming and going from the office. She's got a great sense of what needs to be done and how. She's easy to work with and a charm. I know that AXIS has moved and grown over the years, but I can say that it has always been very beneficial and wonderful for all. That's not always the case, but this quality trio has doubled plus in size with equally amazing and quality people all working side by side bettering our Missoula livelihood. I hear equally amazing stories about the rest of the group, though I have yet to work with them. I'd be honored though!! I can't thank them enough. I can't recommend them more!!! These are no longer just people working to make me feel better, they have become friends that i know have my "back", my knees, shoulders, arms and all the rest! Thank you!!

I will never be fully back to what I was before. Katie was my physical therapist. She gave me the tools and motivation for me to heal from these serious debilitating injuries. She helped get me back to being able to walk unassisted, drive, and function as close as physically possible to what I was before my injuries. It is hard for me to put into words the gratitude and appreciation that I have for her. She is very compassionate, caring, and understanding of what I was going through. Even when I did not do my prescribed exercises. Her knowledge of PT and healing from a severe TBI is amazing. The amount of trust and respect that I have for Katie is personified by her compassion for wanting to heal. I finished with all of the help that PT can. I still have a long way in my healing journey. Thank you so much, Katie! Thank you, Daniel, for being so great! Thank you, elements, for helping me help myself! I can not say thank you enough!

Warning to all prospective patients of Dr. Glen - if you are looking for a cookie cutter,…read moredoc-in-the-box chiropractic clinic where you jump through the hoops of x-rays, a extensive exam, a treatment plan consisting of a significant commitment of visits and financial exploitation in order to "feel better" - Chiropractic Works is NOT that clinic. I have been a patient of chiropractic for 23 years. I even attended chiropractic school before switching over to law. I can easily spot the good ones from the bad. Dr. Glen Maricelli is not just good, he's one of the best. After seeing two other chiropractors in Missoula that were not aligned with the type of care that I am responsive to, I found Dr. Glen through my insurance company and gave him a call. I explained my situation and he invited me in the same day as I had a raging migraine that was rendering me incapacitated. Not only was his exam quick and thorough, but my migraine was alleviated within a few hours of the adjustment. No frills, no attempts to oversell me on a treatment plan, or upsell me on services I don't need. Instead Dr. Glen asked what works best for me and my busy schedule, lifestyle, and what therapy I respond best to. Why? Because I know my body. Had I been a novice to chiropractic, I would expect him to provide his expertise. But as an intuitive and thoughtful practitioner who wants what is best for the patient, his approach is what sets him apart from other chiropractors in Missoula. I am beyond grateful that I was able to find Dr. Glen and receive treatment from him, and get immediate relief after every adjustment. His technique is powerful, specific and gentle enough that I am not left with residual soreness (even though it comes with the initial adjustment sometimes). This is a fun, laid back environment without the stuffiness of a traditional doctor's office. Oh, and the office fur babies are an added bonus. While Dr. Glen is cuddly, the puppies are definitely cuter and more apt to be patted. :) And you'll love the office manager Emma, who keeps them all in check.

I moved to Missoula and checked out MUST and well, it was even BETTER than my old awesome gym because there were tires to flip, working bathrooms, filtered water and a cool area for stretching. Plus the aforementioned racks. No wait for a squat rack in the morning. Then the quarantine hit and the owner was cool enough to let us borrow equipment to stay in shape. It is cool that he did something for us, when his being closed was 100% not his fault. And FWIW, it is a very clean gym. If your idea of a gym is a place one goes to lift heavy things, MUST will not disappoint.
