Their professionalism, level of skill and training, ease of communication with clients as well as modesty and working amongst each other is unrivaled. My injuries have ranged in severity and across all areas of my body and they have always been able to more accurately and efficiently diagnose then most of the other medical professionals I have seen. She's dealt with my multitude of insurance coverages as well as my one worker comp issue, and I am never left wondering or without a seat when the music ends. Laura up front is also a charm and a treat. She's the conductor during appointments making everyone comfortable and at ease. HOWEVER, after my x-ray the doctor told me my sesamoid was naturally separated but not fractured, just inflamed. They gave me a pad for my shoe and basically said to rest for two weeks and then see how it felt. Because I wanted more clarity on my diagnosis, I looked for the visit notes in the patient portal. The visit notes were not posted to the portal for two weeks after my appointment. When they finally posted, the notes say that I DID have a fracture even though the doctor said I did not. I am very confused and frustrated about the delayed notes and inconsistent diagnosis.

I went to Northern Rockies Physical Therapy at the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon after a…read moreshoulder surgery. Never having had surgery or PT before, I had incredible trepidation. Chad Kay, my therapist, immediately sensed this and put me at ease by tailoring a rehab program specifically to me and my recovery process. He helped me ease into a schedule and program that I was able to work at my own pace and at my own pain threshold. And while I loved the one-on-one therapy, I also appreciated the exercise program he put together for me to work on at home. Even more than the surgery, I credit NRPT and the incredible staff of physical therapists there with helping me regain 100% range of motion in my shoulder. In addition to the physical therapy, I truly appreciated the office staff and their willingness to work with my insurance company and accomodate my work schedule when it came scheduling my PT sessions. Bottom Line: within 3 months I was good as new and I actually miss not seeing my good friends at NRPT.
