I just went back for a post natal massage with Tasha yesterday (3 weeks postpartum) and oh my, I have to say this was hands down the best massage I have ever had! His knowledge level is high and he's able to rattle off of the medical terms for the muscles he's working on. He used cupping, Heat, gravity, and moving my limbs up and over to stretch and elongate tight contracted muscles.
