I came here recently after a long while (another review said they just opened, but they've been here over 10 years). So glad I did. I had an excellent massage, and my therapist was both cordial and thorough. She worked all of the problem areas I mentioned, plus some spots I didn't realize needed work. She used a mix of hard, deep pressure and medium/light pressure, and frequently checked if I was OK. She never asked for any extra tip or fees, and I tipped her what I thought was fair. Several options in the area, but I returned to this location because it was small and staff was very professional. I requested deep tissue due to lower back issues. I've seen a number of chiropractors with little success. Finally , someone that knows how to address back issues. I will be returning. read more

It was...okay. My wife and I usually go to a place near Metro North, but this one is closer to home and had just opened, so we thought we'd give it a go. We went fairly late in the evening, around 8:00, so we weren't surprised that there was only one person working (even though I called ahead). She called help, which arrived within five minutes. The First Lady spoke very broken English, so there was a bit of a communication gap. Certainly not a criticism, just a heads-up. The second spoke English fine. And that was one of the problems. When I get a massage, it's for relaxing, not usually for therapy. I was hoping for a peaceful massage. But that's not what I got. I got the second lady, who talked a lot and pushed very hard. She even said that people said her hands were like screwdrivers. Yep, pretty painful at times. And she used very fast movements. Seemed like she was hurrying to hit everything very quickly. I was not relaxed. My wife's massage was pretty typical of an Asian Massage Studio. There are plenty of other places to go, so I will likely not be back. read more

I didn't even want to give this one star. This was hands down the worst massage experience ever. First she demanded that I pay first. Second it was apparent that the "massage" was not professionally trained. It felt like she was rubbing me like a dog vs. giving me a massage. The facility didn't feel clean. Outdated furniture. When it was time for me to go, she demanded a tip. When I told her no, she started screaming at me that tips are the only way she gets paid. This was the most bizarre massage experience ever. ----------STAY AWAY----------- The worst place to go. I took my wife their for her birthday on 10/28/17. She explained to me that they didn't do a good job. The gentleman that was massaging her left the room. And had someone else massage her, then came back and did a horrible job. My wife said she asked them to massage a certain area and they didnt do it. The entire experience for her was bad. After the massage was over, the lady at the front desk asked my wife for a tip after the massage. I dont know what world they live but, if someone does a decent job for any service I tip. If someone does a bad job I don't tip. After we declined to tip, the lady said no tip then dont come back here anymore. The audacity of this lady to ask for a tip for a piss poor massage that I already paided 60 dollars for. Also for her to say dont come back here again, how rude. I felt like we judge before we came in. Its sad to say but we still live in a world that prejudges people. I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

The massage therapist did a pretty good job, however she did not do what I requested of the receptionist. Yesterday I made a 4pm appointment for an hour massage to concentrate on my legs and feet. As I attempted to advise the massage therapist, she told me that she spoke very little English. so I spoke to the receptionist and reminded her of my request. She repeatedly apologized and said next time they will get it right, then she asked how much tip was I going to leave. I left no tip and there will be no next time for me at this location. They will keep trying to talk to you during the massage if you are Asian. It says "foot massage" but they don't actually offer foot massages

Would give them 5 stars strictly because their masseuse, Kevin, gives excellent foot massages. He is thorough, gentle but uses just enough pressure. He's my go to foot masseuse! Knocking off one star for the talking amongst staff WHILE they are giving a massage and another star for the staff actually sleeping on the chair next to you while you're getting a massage. Very unprofessional and unsettling. However, if you can get past that - and I do because the massage is worth it- all of the staff are quite kind and helpful. Also, to reiterate the massage itself is excellent. I will keep going back. read more
