Dr. Probe is amazing. I blew my knee out 2 days ago. I couldn't walk, couldn't climb stairs and I was in terrible pain. I went to Probe's office, he adjusted my knee and I walked out of his office so happy. The next day I am completely back to normal like nothing happened. It is my second visit to this place and from the reception they were a little rude and in three minutes the Dr.M.-- who attended me this day about my knee pain, did not ask more about what was hurting me, when they removed the machine the nurse only put the massager on my back for 3 seconds! He didn't even expect a thank you from me and he had already left the office... I definitely don't plan to come back unless he knows that it's Dr. Probe who attends to me because the first time he was attentive to my neck pain for which I arrived that first day.. today for me Probe Chiropractic did not meet my expectations. read more

I feel very uncomfortable in Probe's office. I think the staff at the desk are very friendly, but I think he is a misogynist. During the 2020 pandemic, I overheard him speaking very loudly with a man in the next treatment room. The patient complained that they required masks in the workplace, stating, "Well, I work in an office with women. You know how they can get hysterical and overdramatic," which I think is a stupid stereotype especially delusional in an international health crisis. What's worse, Dr. Probe advised the patient to not accept the vaccine but to take horse pills from Mexico! He even commented on an outfit I worse with cheetahs, saying something about the powerful male lion. He was surprised and would not believe me when I burst his bubble my telling him that it is the female lions who hunt and provide for the pride. The only thing I liked about this practice was Dr. Daniel, who is gentle and kind. Dr. Probe is very harsh with his treatments, which feels painful when you are already sore. Plus, I hated the stupid 45-minute video he made in the 1970's that he makes you watch in order to have treatment. Needless to say, I have found another chiropractor. read more

Okay first of all Dr. Probe is extremely knowledgeable and equally hilarious. His son Dr.Jon is also extremely knowledgeable, not as funny but def close. I've been going here for about a year, I have limited health insurance and I'm really grateful that they offer a package which is really a good deal. I'm a tattoo artist and I have a lot of pain on a daily basis, so I go regularly for adjustments and I also use their amazing chryo chamber which they also offer a package deal for which is awesome. Secondly, them even having a chryo chamber in the first place says that's they're ahead of the game and they are doing things right. They don't have a magic wand that they wave over your back and it's better, they're not back wizards. If you think you're going to go to the chiropractor once and magically be healed you don't even deserve the chiropractor. Some of the other poor reviews on here are pathetic like the one about Dr Probe firing a staff member- what do I care if he fired someone? Good for him atleast he doesn't keep crappy receptionists around thanks for taking out the trash doc! All the receptionists I interact with there are awesome, caring people and I really like my time spent at this office. My back feels sooooo much better after going here regularly and listening to his advice. If I could give a 6/5 I would. read more

Dr. Probe is the reason why I don't believe in chiropractors at all. It's the new age snake oil. Every visit me with additional pain and the cause of my being there was never remediated. This guy cares more about money than his patients and staff. Patients have driven through the wall of his office and he refuses to add barriers. His first concern was his wall, not the people who were hit by debris. He argues with his son who is also a chiropractor the regularly and has called the cops on him while patients are there because he decides to fire him and hire him back. He promised the pre covid staff their jobs back and didn't live up to his promise. He's even joked about his being on disability while working... the guy is shady as can be.. there may be some legit chiropractors, but this certainly is not one to be trusted. read more

I can't believe this place has good reviews. My son went to Probe because his back was tight - he's a 20 year old college student. The chiropractor took x-rays in the office and told him he had scoliosis and he could treat it if he came 3x's a week for the first month, then monthly after. We were totally in shock. I followed up with an orthopedic dr at Rothman and was told he had slight degeneration at L5/S1...and no scoliosis at all!!! Thank you Rothman for the misdiagnosis and for the orthopedic bill. My son said there were alot of older people in the waiting room...please make sure this business is not taking advantage of you like they tried to take advantage of him. read more

Amazing chiropractors especially Dr Dennis And Dr John. Would highly recommend. Convenient hours and attentive staff.

Ok this dude is amazing. I have been having hip/back/glute issues for years. I'm very athletic and I do a lot of sports so I need to feel better fast when this thing flairs up. I really did it this past time and found myself nearly unable to walk. My lower back, glute and hamstring were killing me! Probe chiropractic was close so I just went there not knowing anyting about them, desperate to do anything to help the situation! Well I walked in almost doubled over. I walked out standing up, nearly pain free! The dude xrayed me right away and found a small abnormality in my spine that was causing the issue. He treated me, adjusted me and I felt better instantly! I've been going back regularly and it is helping! They also showed me stretches and exercises to do to help alleviate my symptoms. On top of all of this, the peeps are really very helpful and nice in there. I truly thought I was going to have to sit out for a couple weeks and not do my sports, but he had me right back in business! The receptionists and assistants are also very friendly and helpful. They will squeeze you in if you need an appointment on short notice. The chiropractor is a very friendly person to work with - he has a great sense of humor - and he's totally brilliant! read more
