He was clawing at the muzzle and his expression looked panicky. It was the worst few minutes of his life and at the last minute I removed the muzzle no matter what they said. I don't think he was aware it was removed and I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner. I will never get that out of my head. They were wrong about him being aggressive, he only growled because they were giving the injection, like any other dog would do in that situation. I will never take another pet member there again.

When our dog was diagnosed with cancer we were informed to call them when the time comes to comfortably euthanize him. Now, the time has come and they cannot accommodate him, not even 4 days in advance. They also inform you to call in every morning to see if they may be able to fit you in that day, but they let you know this not a good option. Their practice of not being able to provide a dignified service to an animal they have treated for several years when they said would be able to provide this previously is a violation of the trust we have placed in them. Our family cannot in good conscious recommend trusting this clinic with your animals health.

I took our baby there to be spayed and paid with my credit card. Something was wrong with their machine that day but they had all the info. Weeks and weeks went by with still no charge. Had been in contact with them several times. At some point, the charge went through and the funds were no longer in the account. I take full responsibility for this. This was all on me. During this time, I went through a devastating loss and I was no longer myself. I paid my owed balance and went a week or so later to make an appointment for one of my girls that was having some ear issues and she was miserable. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist took my number and told me she would get back with me. I didn't hear a word all that week and my girl was still suffering. I called back this week and explained that I was supposed to have received a call back but never got one. The receptionist explained that calling me back wasn't at the top of her priority list because when she called to talk about my account, I had hung up on her several times. Now, I cannot dispute this because I was in a really bad place and the possibilities are there. She made me an appointment for 2 weeks out. The more I thought about this, the madder I became. I am not saying I am right in any of this with my actions of hanging up on her and it taking awhile to pay my remaining balance but it really gets me that she chose to take her frustrations out on my girl! You can be upset with me but my girl is in agony and she chose NOT to call me back to take care of my girl. They are supposed to be about the animals and I feel if that's the kind of people you have working for you, you may want to rethink that choice. I'm happy to say that my girl is being seen earlier than two weeks out now and She will be getting some relief sooner than later

She stayed the weight we were told and she is as gentle and precious as they come! Andrea made good on her word and met us at the airport. Her prices are beyond fair. Our precious now 1 and a 1/2 year old is spoiled and we give her a life of luxury as she deserves it with an amazing temperament of all our dogs. Our vet did sense an extremely mild heart murmur (grade 1 from 1-10) but we were told it could be anxiety and no dog has perfect health. We love her more than words and I highly recommend her as a fair breeder with just the cutest dogs you will ever see! Even if you live out of state she makes it easy for you to recieve your precious bundle . Buy from her, you will be so lucky you did!

But, that may be because he doesn't overload his practice with a lot of equipment and assistants. So, unfortunately, there are some things that he does not provide and you may have to go elsewhere. But, if it is basic good preventative and well care, then this vet is wonderful. I have been taking my dogs and cats there for over 10 years now, as have my daughters and daughter-in-law and we have never been disappointed.
