If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My experience with Procare in Round Rock exceeded my expectations. I needed care over the course of two months, and on top of seeing noticeable changes within the first two weeks because of the attention to care and exercises, I began feeling difference in my daily headaches, stiff neck, whiplash, upper and lower back pain and neck pain, and my hunching over. The entire team's dedication to care meant a lot to me. I felt hindered in multiple aspects of my life when I was injured, am finally getting back to an active lifestyle, & now have the tools I need moving forward to carry in my pocket that I learned from this team. No one ever expects an accident, & sometimes you may not know how to move forward from it. I am so thankful to Dr. Hayes and his entire team, my life genuinely has improved significantly. I couldn't thank them enough. (Dr. Haye's, Auja, Dr. Dimeko, Essence, the lovely kind Front Desk receptionists, were all fantastic and made me feel at home.) If you are on the fence and aren't sure if you will find a benefit from physical therapy, I recommend swinging by the office and feeling the vibe. They are on a mission to heal people, are educated masters of this field, and Dr. Haye's is intuitive and a true professional. read more

I had open heart surgery and then a month later I was involved in a bad car accident. I went to Pro-Care after the accident for rehab, and the care they provided was exceptional. Bryce was awesome! He was motivational and helped me progress session after session. I would recommend their office to anyone in need of chiropractic or rehab services. read more

Very bad service. Went there once and my insurance paid for the visit. But then they insisted that the insurance didn't pay enough. Even though I paid my copay. They called and harass me about the balance. Completely unprofessional and unethical practice. Stay away from them. read more

UPDATE: they wrote me to say they fired that particular doctor. ---------- This was the most awkward and strange medical visit I've ever had. It was a bit like Monty Python's Argument Clinic. It was that weird. It's like somebody told him that a doctor needs to TAKE CHARGE by God, no matter what the silly patient may be saying. Gengis Khan, MD? The doctor clearly had not read any of the information that his office had asked me to provide. I spent 15 minutes filling out their questionnaire a day early, then the office staff put all that data in their computer, then the doctor just blew it off. As he asked me repeated questions that I'd answered in the forms, I mentioned that the answers were in there. He still didn't look at them. The doctor kept mixing up my left and right knees. Then he acted like it was my fault. I know left from right, which one hurts and which one doesn't. He would interrupt brutally right after asking me to describe the pain, or past surgeries. Then he apparently forgot my answer just a few seconds later. Or he wasn't listening? Maybe he was thinking up the next order to bark at me. The doctor also classed viscosupplements in with corticosteroids. Now you're getting into malpractice, in my opinion. The leading viscosupplement is hyaluronic acid, a treatment that acts to improve the condition of cartilage in the knee. It has nothing to do with corticosteroids, which merely reduce inflammation but have serious side effects. This doctor implied they're the same thing. He said that viscosupplements can only be used three times, then you need knee replacement. SMH. I told him that this advice was not aligned with the last three doctors I'd seen in previous years. His reply: "Ask ten doctors the same question and you'll get ten different answers!" Yes, I suppose if they are all like this doctor, you would. The same clinic offers Osteopathy, Chiropractic and Physical Therapy. I don't mean to criticize them, because we didn't try them. The doctor was so bad that we just paid our bill quickly and left. I'm a new patient but I feel like this this particular clinic is going to actually address what is causing my issues and not just adjust me because I have them. Dr Hayes impressed me when he told me he was not going to have me come back every few days from adjustment but he was going to give me exercises and things to do to correct my problems. He adjusted me, checked my form for exercises I told him I was doing on a regular basis and gave me exercises to do at home to strengthen the muscles I need to strengthen to help My body correct itself. So let me start with I have seen a physical therapist prior to this interaction about three years ago and I was not very impressed. It just felt like a workout without progress. So when I came to Pro-Care, due to a referral from my car accident lawyer, I didn't know what to expect. And I am going to say I am truly impressed with the work they have done. I have been getting adjusted by Dr. Hays and I always feel brand new. When we do physical therapy, he has been very detailed and observant of the movement to ensure that I am not doing any damage to my body. Recently, I was referred for an MRI and his explanation was so great for my understanding. We discussed the following options and states what they would do but leaves the ultimate decision up to me (us). I feel no pressure to do anything. He request to know how you're feeling to make a plan for the day based on the pain rate. Remember if you don't say then he won't know. So I always voice any discomfort I might have. read more

Receptionist Jaclyn: Immediately upon arrival I am greeted with a beautiful smile and a happy, energetic, welcoming nature. Due to the unbelievable amount of doctor visits I have accumulated recently, My schedule has been quite confusing. Jaclyn at the front desk is always polite, patient and understanding when I need to make a change or have a question. She is also, always ready and willing to work with me to ensure comfort and ease. Even when my day hasn't started off so well, that all changes as soon as I am struck by Jaclyn's rays of sunshine! Doctor Casey Hayes Doctor Hayes is AMAzing at his line of work. He has a very strong, confident and comforting demeanor about him. He has nice, calming and therapeutic music playing in his office when I visit( I enjoy his music, but I have heard him change it due to another patients preference. Doctor Hayes really makes me feel at home and comfortable during our sessions. He is extremely knowledgable, and quickly adapted to my visual way of learning(maybe he's also a visual person, which helps even more!). Even when he has had three patients in one visit, his time management is unmatched. He helps me understand the mechanics of my body, which in turn will help him, help me! And vice Versa. He is truly concerned about making sure that the visits are painless; and more important, progressive. I now look forward to going to see Dr. Hayes. On top of how good I feel when leaving his office, he's always got something to say that I can relate to which makes me bust out laughing and continue to enjoy my time spent. I wish I could send everybody I know with chiropractic issues to go see Dr. Hayes! He's so great! Truly, one of a kind. These people make me feel like family!! I just started going here. I was absolutely petrified to start. It was recommended by my lawyer, so I figured that no one would give two ***ts about me except whatever was in it for them. That first day, from the first meeting with Dr Hay's, I felt comfortable. Having a really bad past, I knew he was safe. I never felt safe before. That was important. He cared and promised to be an advocate for me. And he is. I've never had that before. After my accident, my car was totaled and I was in so much pain, that I felt I was crazy and people treated me that way. After Hays requested an MRI of my spine and neck, I finally knew I really did get hurt. He requests therapy, neurology, pain management, I mean him and Gabriel put up with my absolute weirdness. And I am very odd. I would recommend this place to anyone that needed care after an accident or anything physical therapy / chiropractic care needed. I have had 3 visits to this facility, and it was a different therapist each time, but the issue is that this last visit, i dealt with nothing but the rudest person i have ever met, David. I walked in and he asked me to place my things in a small box, and i told him i will just hang my jacket on the chair, due to it having my work equipment on it. Then my phone goes off, from my 24 hr response business, and i told David ( Therapist), please give me one second, and his best words to me was ' Your Hour, not mine', and from that point out, he just ignored me completely, and i had to ask him 'what do i do next'? several times, and he told me from across the room while continuously talking to some nice girl. And then, without explaining, he says ' You can leave now', Exact words. never again, i want to even see him. Dr. Hays, is the best communicating person in that Facility, and should not Tolerate David's Behaviour towards customers. Very inexperienced. My business is customer service, and David could never compete, Terrible. All the other Therapists don't act like they own the place, and are there to help, not try to show that they can tell you what to do, instead of ask. And they also come to you to help, and not yell across the room, like he did. My Girlfriend did not appreciate him touching her behind, trying to have her scoot more onto the table. Very inappropriate. She has done fine with the other guys not having touch her. And he didn't care that she didn't understand one lick of English, and never ask me to translate. read more

My wife saw Nurse-Practitioner Brian Just, for what was found to be a bacteriological infection. Brian and the Med Tech performed quite admirably. Brian was very gentle and had a great bedside manner, the Med Tech whose name escapes me, was very professional and had a pleasant demeanor. After an initial misunderstanding with the front desk over a couple of minor things, we found the experience to be quite pleasant. Also, the Pathology Lab is located right next door. Literally steps away, so it's very convenient. As far as prescriptions, they contacted our Pharmacy right away and my wife's prescription was waiting for us when we got there. So in retrospect the entire experience was incredibly painless from initial care to Pathology to Pharmacy. Count us as longtime patients. We'll be back. read more

Moved to Georgetown recently and went searching for a primary care physician. I thought I found the one with Dr. Garcia and found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. His personal assistant and nurse, Melissa, was also very friendly and helpful. At my last appointment, he wasn't there any longer with no explanation given. I was escorted back quickly to meet my new Dr., A Family Nurse Practitioner and Chiropractor, Bryan Just. Again, he is nice and knowledgeable. We schedule a follow up appointment to discuss blood work results and medicine prescriptions. I show up today, and he is not there, and was asked to reschedule my appointment, which I did, to meet another Dr. Dr. Just is no longer at my location on my day off and is now in South Austin on Thursdays, not a convenient location, nor time for me. Phone calls, in advance, to let me know what is going on, should be routine in both instances. I've been a dentist for 30 years and understand the Patient/Doctor relationship. Before presenting yourself as a patient, understand that this is a multi-million dollar corporate entity. Personnel will be moved around from location to location, staff turnover will be high, and communication between staff and patient will be less than desirable. read more

When you're in a car wreck it sometimes wrecks you too, not just the car. So you go to pro-care and they help fix that damage from the wreckage. In a very stressful time in my life I'm thankful for Dr. Hays and all the other doctors and staff at pro-care, because they took a lot of that stress and pain away and have made this healing process a lot easier on me. The aches and pains have become manageable and easier to live with. I owe that to the wonderful people at pro-care. Thank you all for all you do. Dr. Hays is hands down the best, I would recommend him to anyone. I started seeing him when I was about 5 months pregnant and my hips and lower back started giving me issues. Not only does he always listen to me about what's giving me issues and then fixes it but he always provides education on what's going on and why I'm having issues (for instance pregnant women tend to start having lower back and hip issues because the hormones in our bodies are softening and loosening our joints to prepare for birth, which makes it easier for things to slip out of place). Now I'm almost 3 months post partum and he's still fixing me up and making me feel 100% better every time I leave the office. read more

Due to severe Rhemetoid Arthritis for which I have had 3 spinal neck/low back fusions, I visited Dr Casey Hays. I see a lot of Doctors & have become good at knowing which ones are the best - & I can assure you Dr. Hays is as good as is possible. Dr. Hays is amazing! He cares about his patients, was noticeably not at all judgmental & it is clear he knows what he is doing. I appreciate the exceptional care from Dr. Hays & I highly recommend him! Dr. Hays told me that they have Family Primary Care available at Pro-care. Our Family Doctor recently retired, so when my daughter appeared to have pneumonia, I called & was given an immediate appointment with FNP Bobbi Dacus. I was so impressed with FNP Dacus with her diagnosis & exceptional plan of action. Most Doctors take a long time to understand her complicated medical situation, but FNP Dacus understood it quickly, created a great treatment plan & she was very kind. When we made an appointment because my daughter developed an allergy to one of the medicines, FNP Dacus called us & discussed the situation allowing us to avoid an additional appointment. We did not call her - she noticed the appointment on the schedule & contacted us. We sent in photos & FNP Dacus quickly resolved the situation with another terrific plan of action. FNP Dacus was so supportive, nice & caring through the process - I highly recommend FNP Dacus & Pro Care Medical Centers! read more

IF YOU HAVE WORKERS COMP, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE... I have never experienced such an unprofessional doctors office in my entire life. I do not usually take the time to write reviews when I get bad service somewhere as I believe people have off days and I don't want to ruin a business with one bad experience but this place wasted a YEAR of my life while I was in pain, out of work, dealing with workers comp and needing help. I wish I could describe and go into details about how bad this place is and all they put me through but I can't. When I say unprofessional it wasn't in the way the office staff greets you or even treated me to my face as they all seemed very nice, so nice originally, in fact I was impressed...but it was a complete facade..They don't return messages left with the answering service, calls, emails, or voicemail messages left. You can even text them per their auto service and they only respond if you want an appointment but not for anything else. Thats not the worst part AT ALL, they didn't even follow up on the doctors orders. The doctor was great and during our appointments even showed me his orders in the computer so I knew he put them in, (because I brought it to his attention that I hadn't heard from anyone about anything to do with what he ordered) but nothing was ever done about any of his orders such as referral for MRI, referral to a podiatrist, or meds or anything... they wouldn't return calls to the workers comp adjuster either. I've never called a doctors office that wouldn't actually return my call after several attempts, let alone follow up on doctors orders. It was unbelievable. Even the answering service lady I kept getting would try calling the office directly herself several times and couldn't get a response. In fact it was so down right ridiculous that the only way to talk with the doctor or actual office staff and not the answering service, was to make another appointment (even if you already just had one and just wanted to get status on referrals or ask a question about meds or anything for that matter). After several visits going this way (me complaining) he called the office manager in our visit so I could tell him what was going on because he said he had way too many patients complaining to him about the same thing (lack of follow up) that it was a big issue between him and the staff there. I voiced my complaints but nothing was done. The doctor ended up leaving Pro-Care and then I had to start all over again with a new doctor and new staff. I was so upset about the time wasted but thought now maybe I'll get somewhere now. NOPE!!! Same stuff happened with new staff. No follow up. I poured my heart out to these people as I was in pain and dealing with workers comp isn't easy to begin with but the last thing a patient should deal with is feeling the doctors office they are stuck with doesn't give a crap about their jobs or their patients because they don't want to deal with workers comp either. I was COMPLETELY IGNORED THERE. They have ZERO FOLLOW UP and ultimately put me in such a bind financially, physically, emotionally and professionally because of their lack of follow up that I had to hire a workers comp Attorny to get help and he got me someone who pushed and found me a new doctors office..within 2 months I was finally receiving care for my injury. If I could deter one person from wasting their time, energy and emotjiwith this office this review will have been worth the effort. **i don't use yelp and don't see how to simply respond to Pro Care's response to my review, so updating it. Thank you for your apology sir, however what you could work on in addition to customers reaching the office directly is making an escalation process to someone easily available when things don't go right with the office, which btw, I was given a direct email to the doctors nurse only, not the office, but she didn't want to deal with workers comp either so she simply didn't respond either to my attempts to email her. When I went in for my apt she acknowledged receiving my messages but said she and (the nurse before her) didn't respond because she didn't have answers and figured I could just ask the doctor on my next visit which was two weeks after my messages. That was her reasoning for NOT RESPONDING AT ALL.. Smh.. so again it is the staff and their absolute disregard for caring to even respond even when they don't have answers let alone trying to get an answer. I searched and searched for a way to contact corporate offices or an escalation process online and no way to escalate anything that I could find without having to do it through the office your complaining about.*** read more
