The person was nice and knowledgeable and explained everything. After 1 session, I noticed results. I went back and another great session. I found out that this person was no longer working there but I still went back for another session. This new person changed the settings and told me to tell them how it is the next time. I didn't notice much results. Then I try to schedule another session and learned that they are only doing laser hair removal on Wednesdays. I couldn't go and had to pause. I eventually called and learned that they have someone full time. I scheduled an appt and went back. It was another new person. I guess she got double booked and was trying to rush me. She even started the laser session without giving me the goggles. Again, she messed with the settings. Not only that, but as I'm going to pay, I learned that the price doubled! I haven't returned since and will probably look to start a new experience elsewhere. Just sucks the money I wasted in this place. It's not cheap getting laser hair removal and some of us can't afford to throw a few hundred to get no results because of new staff or being double booked.

The doctor is upstairs on the 2nd floor and the video consult is done by way a tablet with you and Lindsay in the 1st floor spa treatment rooms. The facility is clean, orderly, and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at front counter have always been nice to me. I have observed that they are nice to everyone. Prices are very reasonable. I usually pay with a credit card. Lobby wait times are short. I usually go on my lunch break from work and get back to the office in time. Appointments are easy to schedule by way of telephone. Communications are great: they send reminder texts, and email receipts. Location is easy to get to. All these things keep me as a happy returning patient!

My first impression of Dr Donah was that she was a 20-something woman who must have gone to med school in her teens. When she told me she was 50 I was blown away. I decided I wanted to know what on earth she was doing to keep her face looking like a dewy teen. And then I decided that whatever she was doing, I wanted a doctor who knew, first hand, what REAL natural beauty should look like. First of all, I could care less about getting a fake face that looks like every other crazy older lady, with frozen faces, no expressions, and huge "I' want to suck you" lips. I take good care of my body and my skin, and I have always liked my face because it is uniquely and always me. When I saw Dr Donah, I saw the results of someone who has access to all that modern technology has to offer, and has tastefully used it to keep her own natural beauty fresh and looking like she is 20. I don't care about the absent front desk staff or the locked waiting room. After having been to several of the local "med" spas in this area, and seeing what their staff and treatment pros look like, I always held back on most of what they would suggest until I tried a small amount of it myself first to make sure it wasn't too much or hideously fake. I didn't want whatever they were doing! As soon as I found out Dr Donah was 50 and still looking so young, fresh, alive, and beautiful, I knew I would take her recommendations for what I needed. I love that she is a small business owner, trying to make a go of it in a challenging and competitive field. That said, she is also an ER Doctor a few weeks per month. That means she is smart, fast on her feet, and trained enough to handle anything that comes up medically. (At this stage in a sale , keep in mind customers don't even know you.) It's off putting. She could have listened, then put me on hold (then discussed with you about not charging the customer, and that wife was already a customer )... THEN NOT EVEN BRING IT UP.........THEN STILL CLOSE THE SALE and got 2 more customers This would have saved your review This would have had 2 more local customers It sounds as you've worked very hard to get good reviews. HOWEVER: You could have called me personally when you knew this was an issue- you didn't. You could have emailed my wife and asked for my cell and or email me personally- you didn't. You could have said "excited about you coming in, let's get you that 1st appointment" - you didn't. You could have modified your front desk pitch and been more observant about tone with staff. - you haven't.
