Unfortunately he made several poor recommendations that then had to be completely redone, costing me considerably more than the original estimate. I let them correct the first mistake at my expense (they did a very good job waterproofing the basement once they were actually doing the right thing.) I probably could have taken them to court over that mistake though. When yet another mistake surfaced regarding their gutter work, I refused to pay more for them to fix it, and went to another more reputable company to do the work. My strongest recommendation is to have someone other than Robert write the estimate if you do want to go with them.

Several got back, but said they would only do repairs on roofs they had installed. The guy who repairs my roof was unable to locate the leak. Scott, the owner of Supreme, got right back to me. Although they rarely do residential jobs, when I explained the situation with the aging tenant, he came by on a SUNDAY afternoon to take a look and sent two of his crew that week to make a temporary repair. NO CHARGE. When the temp repair didn't hold, he sent two of his crew to make the necessary repair. Scott as well as Chet and Mike were incredibly helpful. The entire process was remarkable in that, unlike others, Dave kept his appointments on schedule. He personally inspected the roof and delivered a review of his proposal in tremendous detail. He has a warehouse with all of the material he needed for my roof, so no excuses about shipping delays, cost escalations or backorders. He promised a mid May installation and actually came a week early. He even got the building permit from the Town, which some other contractors seem to forget. His crew was well-prepared, setting up tarps to keep the old roofing out of the shrubs and lawn, got the entire roof (36 squares) done by around 4:00 pm. Clean up was impeccable. New gutters were installed a few days later by very knowledgeable craftsmen who made some upgrades that were much appreciated.
