A professional team promptly arrived, diagnosed the issue and started the remediation. Clyde & Christian were the techs and they were very delightful to deal with and provided clear detail and communication on the process. I am a native Floridian and have dealt with numerous service companies in my 60+ years in south Florida. It is rare that you receive the level of service I experienced today from Joe Taylor and his crew. Congrats on a well-managed business.

    On June 10, 2025, our STR Condo in Panama City Beach flooded due to the pressure regulator valve…read moreblowing out. We had 3 inches of water in our 939 sq ft. unit. Our Insurance company recommended Joe Taylor Restoration. We live 500 miles away so we trusted the insurance company. We also were not able to check in on the progress of the water extraction and mold remediation. Joe Taylor restoration sent us itemized invoices of the process, which was approved by the insurance company. So I set my expectations based on the quote sent to us. I also spoke with two representatives who explained what I could expect during the restoration process. I was able to make the trip to PCB August 26, 2025 after the initial water extraction and mold remediation was completed. In the meantime, I had to sign off on the work done via Docusign before we could proceed with the remodel of the unit. Each day we are shut down we lose revenue, therefore, I felt I had to sign off on the completion of their work but noted, I had not seen the work and could not give a accurate survey answers. The first phase was to extract the water and start the drying process. They brought in 12 dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the sheet rock. Once dried, (10 days), they started pulling off the baseboards and pulling up the floors. They found mold so the tear-out had to stop so they could start mold remediation. I felt they should have removed the baseboards before they started the drying process. The team sent over to box up our personal property did not seem concerned with the proper care and handling of the personal property in the unit. They piled remove baseboards, flooring and other personal property on the beds without first covering the mattress encasement and pad. They put plastic on top of the pile on the bed. They did not box up items from the kitchen cabinets, they just sat them on the floor knowing sheet rock was to be cut out and replaced. This is a very dusty process. They also did not remove the vanity in the hall bathroom as stated in the quote. This bathroom was in the direct path of the flowing water. Also, the billing was a little suspicious. Once the first team found mold, they stopped the tear out. Leaving the Mold Remediation team to do it, which they didn't. Their only concern was mold remediation. However, we were billed separately for the water extraction and tear out, and the mold remediation. Since we had $10,000 mold coverage on our insurance policy, most of the billing went on that invoice, when it should've been on the water extraction invoice. It may not matter, but that is how some of the tear-out was missed. I had to pay a separate contractor to finish the work quoted and billed on the Joe Taylor Restoration invoice. Our representatives for each phase of the clean up was very responsive and friendly on the phone, but each blamed the other for not doing the job quoted. The office staff was friendly when I had inquiries about the quotes. It's the quality of service and care taken while they were in the unit that I felt necessary to write this review. I did not like the fact I had to complete a survey before Joe Taylor Restoration would close the claim and proceed with the next phase. The company was more concerned about getting a survey than providing excellent quality service. I would not recommend them unless you can be there every day to supervise the work.

Best experience with electrician, hands down I would give 10+ stars for my experience. Chris was extremely helpful over the phone and with our needs. We also got to work with Harold, who was super responsive and kind. Mike, the other tech was especially helpful when we were in a big time of stress cause we had a faulty breaker panel that was due to a poor home inspection. Plus some outlets that were also unsafe. They fixed all of these issues in a 2 day period and for a good price. I'll be asking for Mike for anything we need in the future he was the best, taking care of everything we needed. Mike went above and beyond by explaining issues to me while he was inspecting our outlets and breaker so I knew why they needed to be fixed, and so much more about electric in my condo that will help me down the road in knowing if something is going wrong Thank you guys!

I had a circuit breaker replaced in the electrical panel. I had done this procedure myself in a previous home but am unable to do it now due to health problems. The breaker in Home Depot is $18.50. The time it took to replace it was 35 minutes. The charge that I paid for this service was $275., an exorbitant amount by any standard. The average charge in Florida for a licensed electrician is between $100 and $150. per hour. I will not be using SunCoast Electric again.

    Shamrock Restoration was outstanding from start to finish…read more I called to have some water and mold removed due to a leak in the shower. Within hours, the same day, Johnny and Pablo came to evaluate the damage. They even helped with leak detection, which typically would be done by a plumber; that was a huge plus. After their evaluation, including thermal imaging to see humidity and water behind inaccessible walls, and tile, they did mold treatment, and they set up fans and equipment that would remove all of the humidity. After a few days of the machines running, all the humidity and mold was removed. They were very professional and friendly. On top of that, they provided a very thorough report of all the findings and the work done. Honestly, a superb experience. All of the workers moved swiftly and were so easy and great to work with . I've dealt with lots of contractors in the state of Florida but these guys are top notch ! I did call two other popular restoration companies prior to Shamrock who did not compare and thankfully I did not go with .
