None of that turned out to be true. Instead, we were left with a substantial bill roughly $8,000 and the company ultimately placed a lien on our home. It is absolutely unacceptable to tell a family dealing with significant property damage and losses that everything is covered, only to later leave them financially responsible. To make matters worse, mold was discovered the same week they informed us that the hygienist's testing had come back clear. That raised serious concerns about the quality and reliability of the information we were given throughout the process. Our experience was frustrating, stressful, and costly. Within hours, the same day, Johnny and Pablo came to evaluate the damage. They even helped with leak detection, which typically would be done by a plumber; that was a huge plus. After their evaluation, including thermal imaging to see humidity and water behind inaccessible walls, and tile, they did mold treatment, and they set up fans and equipment that would remove all of the humidity. After a few days of the machines running, all the humidity and mold was removed. They were very professional and friendly.
