Dean took the time to properly inspect and diagnose the issue and found it was actually an oil cooler hose/turbo gasket leak that was repaired for a fraction of the cost. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me, and genuinely seemed focused on fixing the actual problem instead of upselling unnecessary work. This also isn't the first time they've helped me. Previously, another European shop in Folsom messed up my rear brake pads, and Gene corrected the issue and got everything handled properly.
