The best thing, though, is I've called them twice since then for other repair jobs which turned out to be something they don't handle themselves, when it's not accompainied with body damage. For example, I needed my car painted after it was damaged from having an advertising wrap removed. They sent me to a place in Rancho Cordova (Maaco) that they use. Maaco did an awesome job and I've already given them a review as well. Today I called Kniesel's again because I need my driver's side window replaced. They gave me the name of the sister company they use for window repair (Nex Automotive). I called Nex, and they were super nice, and I'm looking forward to them fixing my window next week. But how cool is it that you can call Kniesel's, and if they can't do the work, they will find someone for you that will? I'm so impressed with Kniesel's. I highly recommend them.
