(One of my previous dentists had been a line backer in college.. BIG hands.) A couple years earlier I'd gone to a dental patient mill in Plaza Americas. They did a terrible job with a root canal, taking over 5 hours. Their crowns had huge spaces to the gums which constantly snagged fiberous food. Dr Christina made new crowns which are perfect, easy to clean and look totally natural... and for a small fraction of the US price. My US dentist takes 2 weeks to get crowns made..Dr Christina can have them in a day or 2. I recommended her to a female friend in the US. My friend now loves her new look and it has changed her life. This place does quality work, quickly and for a very reasonable price. Her office is easy to find and in a good part of town. It is right across the street from the Gran Plaza mall on Ave Nichupte. From the Hotel Zone you can take the R2-27 bus for 10.5 pesos. Or, take the R44 bus from Plaza Americas for 8 pesos.

Dr Martinez did a really good job cleaning and he took a picture of the cavity to show me what was going on. I really appreciated the picture since I had some fears about going to a dentist that I didn't know. I paid 700 mexican pesos for cleaning and checkup and will pay another 700 pesos to fix my cavity. He charges 6000 pesos for a root filling. I chatted with the office via WhatsApp, but the Dr asked me to send him an email with info he needed.
