I decided to try this place because of the good reviews on Yelp and I am glad I did. I made an appt and Janet did my manicure and pedicure. She is very thorough and knows how to apply gel very well. They changed me $20 to take it off, but they didn't tell me... then asked if I wanted my cuticles clipped....I didn't care she did it and charged $5 without telling me. I went to Professionail as a walk-in and was immediately helped with my pedicure. I got the "sea salt pedicure" which was extremely relaxing. My manicurist "Tea" did a wonderful job, wore a mask (along with the other employees), and made sure I got what I wanted! I have never had a speed manicure before today but I guess that's what they aim for here. Turn and burn. They weren't busy but the technician still did everything at warp speed and the quality shows. She went so fast she was flipping on so much paint it's jumped and too thick. She didn't have me wash my hands between the cleanup and the base paint so clearly they want you back as soon as humanly possible with the paint peeling up. The color in the book didn't match the end result despite the number matching...how fun?! Crazy prices for the job done, highest price I've seen for a gel manicure anywhere. I used to go to this place pre-Covid. Always had a great experience. Took my friend there today for her birthday and I had the worst pedicure of my life. It was like the girl that did my pedicure was training. She had no idea what she was doing. When I left I noticed I had white stuff all over the back of my leg left over from the pedicure and paraffin wax between my toes. My legs are all itching and red and the polish is chipped already. I would not go to this establishment for a rebase or for a full set of acrylic. The nails lift and brake with no pressure or damage being done to them. The polish just chips off or rubs off. Also you are quoted one price and when you leave and pay the price is much higher price. I called to rectify the situation of the nails chipping after one week. I was told they would fix it if I came back in. When I retuned to have my nails fixed they started grinding the polish off and then stated I would need to pay as it is not there fault the nails are chipping. The acrylic is bumpy and not even. The nails over all are poor quality and poorly done. Now that the nails are fixed it has been less than a week and they are chipping and doing the same thing as before. Went to this nail spa today after reading the good reviews. And I had an amazing experience! I received a pedicure and my 2 friends each got a full set of acrylics. We had called a few hours earlier so set up an appointment so were helped immediately. I would recommend making an appointment because this place was very busy and many people tried to walk in but there was no room for them for a few more hours. The massage chairs were wonderful and my nail tech did an amazing job on my pedicure. Both of my friends nail techs really took their time on the acrylics so assure the best results! Very clean and friendly salon. Walking in without an appointment wasn't an issue and I didn't have to wait long. The lady who did my pedicure was awesome. She was gentle and very detailed. I got a shellac manicure as well. The gentleman who did my nails was very friendly and did a fantastic job with my manicure. Reasonable prices for both a mani/pedi. My nails are already scratched and chipped. I spent TWO AND A HALF HOURS To have my nails done. It was an hour before anyone even came to my booth to help me. The man who did my nails was distracted the entire time. He literally did not pay any attention to what he was doing and was answering phone calls and booking appointments the entire time. I asked for my OLD nails to be removed and he PRIED THEM OFF. No acetone no foils... literally pried them off with an acrylic nail extension. And charged me for it. This will be my new go-to place. I have tried several nail salons in this area and I have not fallen in love with any of them. Something was always missing from my pedicure but more importantly I had never been impressed my the cleanliness. I do not like walking into a nail salon and immediately smelling chemicals. Professionail did not smell bad and I thought it had a very nice atmosphere. I got the deluxe pedicure for $35 and although the massage was a little slacking, it was overall the best pedicure I have received in Greeley. Very nice staff.
