I went in today because my nails were falling off and asked for a regular French tip set. My nail tech was super sweet and she worked fast I absolutely love the job she did on my ring finger including the chrome color. The photo doesn't do it justice! It's so beautiful! Not to mention when I was sitting there the whole time the nail techs were having conversations with me and being super friendly, which is amazing! DO NOT waste your time and money with this place. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and I have NEVER had this bad of an experience. The first set I had done was supposed to be full set gel pink and white ombré. They were horrible! Filed crooked, top coat drips all over ever nail, completely uneven. My cuticles looked worse than when I walked in. I drove home and decided I was going to go back immediately considering how expensive it was. Second round I was told I couldn't redo the ombré and that I could only have them painted one color. Since I already had my toes white it was my only option. To no surprise at all, they also look horrible. She filed so deep into the sides of my nails trying to remove the excess paint they are extremely sore. I will never return and will advise my friends to do the same. Huge disappointment and I have to fly out of Denver tomorrow morning for my best friends wedding with WHITE nails. read more

Was in town visiting my son and came here for a pedicure. To get straight to the point I could've done a better job at home. The lady that did it clearly would've rather been doing anything else than my pedicure once I said no to all the add ons she was trying to sell me. I picked a light polish, she didn't put on enough coats and didn't even polish the whole nail. She didn't say a word to me, just left the shop when she was done, after my polish dried I told one of the other employees I wasn't happy with the pedicure or the service I received but she didn't care either. Three days later I am home and literally getting another one to fix her bad job. Do yourself a favor and don't go to AAA Nails. read more

We had made an appointment over the phone and it has been thirty minutes past said time before I was able to get serviced for just a quick polish change. While I was waiting, staff members had their kids in the lobby screaming and being so disruptive and rude to all guests trying to enjoy their experience here. I am appalled that not one of the staff members told them to quiet down and to be respectful. The salon is dirty and so over priced for how outdated everything is. This was by far the worst salon experience I have ever had, I would not recommend this to anyone. read more

I got a pedicure for the first time at AAA Nails. There was no wait and they did a great job at a reasonable price. My only complaint might be that the woman was a little pushy about getting me to add services (and spend more). I had to say no thanks numerous times to get her to stop trying to talk me into things I didn't want. read more

It's not that my experience was terrible, but it was not the best by any means. Staff is wonderful and sweet but it's quite frustrating paying a high amount for acrylics only to have them start falling off two weeks after application. I asked for coffin nails and even showed the technician a reference picture and what was given was not close to what was shown. And a large ball of acrylic was still left on the edge of the tip. And staff cannot seem to be dependable as they are understaffed which causes me to have to press my own buttons on the UV gel machine and the technician making calls to the employees while doing my manicure and making my cousin take off her own polish. Will not return. My mom and I went in for basic manicures. I was pressured to get the shellac, which I declined. The woman doing my manicure pulled tools out from the drawer and put them back in when finished. Tools were not cleaned. The hand massage I had was nice. No hot/warm towel provided. She did not apply a base coat before applying polish. Used UV light to set polish. The man doing my mom's manicure got a warm towel for her hands after putting on lotion. He did not provide a hand massage. He did not provide a UV light for drying, and mom messed up two of her nails before we left. They did fix the nails for her but were very rude. Overall, poor customer service especially on a day they were not busy. Definitely will not return. read more

I love this place! Tara goes way beyond the level of service I have received at any other salon I have EVER gone too. I have some problem nails on both my hands and feet and Tara spends extra time working on them. She pays extra attention to identifying problems and devotes extra time to them at each visit. And the best part us that her salon is really close to where I live! read more

Very nice new salon North Loveland. Had a simple pedicure done and jazzy polish. Great price and great job. Establishment is very clean! Only complaint was the girl who was doing the pedicure did not understand English making it difficult to ask a couple questions and no way to establish a cutomer relationship. But having a nail salkn up my way is awesome. read more

Wanted to get a pedicure this morning and I arrived just before 9:00... waited 25 minutes and no one was there. Just as I was leaving some of the ladies showed up. And she simply shrugged and said sorry. I'm pretty sure if you want business you should actually be open during your business hour and maybe treat your customers as if you actually want them there. I was so excited to see a nail salon in the NW corner of Loveland so it would be more convenient to where I live. When I went into the salon the gal told me to pick nail tips that are already designed as it's cheaper than the solar nails. My nails get done and the bill was $50. Cheaper?! That is the most I have paid anywhere even for solar nails. That night I noticed the top layer had separated from the bottom and there were areas of the nail tip bent into my finger and I had to cut that away. The next day I woke up sick (fever, no voice), but emailed the shop letting them know. No reply. That day 2 of the nails popped off, the rest had glitter exposed since the bottom layer had come off. I sent another email after 2 days (was sick for 4 days, had no voice and certainly couldn't go to the shop), and again, no reply. I called the shop when my voice came back, was told they didn't get the emails and even so, if I didn't come into the shop immediately the next day, they wouldn't do anything. I will not go there again, there are so many other shops that charge $35 for the nail tips and do an excellent job, this one doesn't deserve a second chance. :-( read more
