I contacted PBS and they responded stating that they had the perfect bartender Alex for the event. Alex contacted me prior to the event and gave me suggestions on bourbons and quantities I should purchase. The happy hour was so much fun and Alex was amazing to work with. He arrived early, set up and kept the drinks flowing. He was also extremely knowledgeable about bourbon which the guests loved. The party ended up going later than expected and Alex offered to stay later if needed which was appreciated and accepted. This will be the only bartending company I will use going forward as the quality of their service is superb.

At the final walkthrough at the venue they came prepared, really paid attention to all aspects of the venue and the plan, inspected the bar they were going to use (since it was from the venue, not one of theirs), and asked great questions to make sure they fully understood the Run of Show. On the wedding day they made beautiful drinks, were extremely efficient, and were a true pleasure to work with. Deposit sent. * January 2025: Email detailed drink selections and our plan to potentially rent glassware (as they only offered disposable). * March 2025: Communication turned cold. They claimed the original quote was only for champagne pouring and that our requests were outside the scope, despite months of clear communication. They insisted on a revised contract with an added fee, even though our needs hadn't significantly changed (we were even willing to forgo rented glassware). It seemed Larissa, who hadn't been involved initially, disagreed with Tony's pricing. * Late April 2025: We coordinated inventory drop-off with Tony (Chick-fil-A in Leesburg). When we inquired about a cocktail tasting, Larissa said we'd need to book a private event at a bar. We declined. * Hours Before Inventory Drop-off: We received a cancellation email and Venmo refund with a vague text citing "further consideration" and differing expectations. They didn't respond to our requests for clarification. Their unprofessionalism and last-minute cancellation caused significant stress. Do not hire TL Bartending.

I wish I could hire her to tend bar at my house parties in LA. She's awesome, and seems to make hosting an absolute breeze. Changa's rate is reasonable, and she shows up with a car full of bartending supplies, everything from mixers to folding table. Her basic package goes for $275 for three hours, and that includes an hour-long consultation, a signature cocktail, juices and sodas, cordials and liqueurs, homemade infusions and purées, garnishes, napkins, bar supplies, ice, coolers, etc. etc. She saves you a lot of headache and a long, involved shopping, and then makes your party run. She's skilled and professional. She makes a ginger margarita that is truly delicious. I was staying with Ava the night of that second party, so I was around for the wrap-up, and we ended up talking with Changa and another guest for a while at the end of the night. I know I'm Yelping her business, but it's worth noting that Changa herself is a very warm, thoughtful, intelligent person, someone you'd totally want at your party. The bartenders are efficient and yet they made great small talk with my guests. I ordered two of their signature drinks and I could not have been more pleased. I ordered the cotton candy martini and the pink sugar rim martini. The martinis were served in plastic martini glasses. You would think plastic would look cheap at a wedding. However, their plastic martini glasses were pretty classy. I just made sure to order nice cocktail napkins and colorful paper straws. Because mixology was able to produce two such cute drinks, it gave me reason to commission an adorable calligraphy board of the drink menu. I was beyond thrilled with the outcome. Mixology offers such Pinterest ready drinks! Everyone at the bar was so friendly and so personable. I give them five plus stars. I would give them ten stars if only yelp would let me!
